I've used Panella's Plumbing many times in the past 4 years that I've lived in Suffield. Always on time and fixed things. The receptionist(?) who answers the phone (Shiela) is very friendly and helpful.

I had my AC fixed, and some plumbing issues.

He was in and out of my house in no time and did a exceptional job fixing my boiler leak and I will use Panella again also I knew them many years ago and they did great work back then 35 plus years .

We used Panella's services for over 20 years, both when we lived in Enfield and then in Somers. They always took care of us promptly if we had an emergency and sometimes it was OK to wait a few days for routine things. The technicians were always polite and did things quickly and neatly. They were expensive but we realize that experienced plumbers get paid well. Since we moved to another state we have not found anyone here that we like as well.

Terrible. Do yourself a huge favor & call someone else. Had a hot water heater installed. They scratched & dented my floors & proceeded to tell me they are not responsible for damages they caused.

Bad experience! Called for service because my water heater was leaking and the rude lady who answered the phone asked me if I were a regular customer?
When I said no she told me they could get there tomarrow.. if they had time.
Ok I said..Well I waited and was very disappointed with the demeanor and appearance of the service men when they arrived.One smelled of alcohol and the other made me feel very uncomfortable.
I wisely declined to let them in and then one shouted ""well you will be getting a bill anyway! Based on these behaviors I would not call this plumber again.
