You want to talk about honest , Jeff and his team are the best. My wife called around looking for a plumber to look for potential leak at one of our properties. Jeff went and looked and found the leak which was the stop and waste valve which not properly shut off. He didn't charge us to come out. Good people like him still Exist. He's also a Veteran which is a plus.

She sent Jeff out the next day and he was here right when he said he would be, very professional and also very, very kind! There is truly a lot I could say about this company and how amazing they were to work with, but who has stuck around to read this much already? What I think you need to know is they are reasonably priced, do great work, are honest, helpful beyond what they even quote you, and they get the job done quickly. The best plumbing experience we've ever had! It is SUCH a drag to deal with plumbing issues - every homeowner knows this. If you want a quick, affordable, honorable, and honest company to help ease your stress, call Pando plumbing! They weren't able to fix our plumbing issue bc it was a bigger problem than we expected, but unlike most other companies, they didn't charge us when they couldn't fix it. What a concept, right? From now on, we trust Pando with all of our plumbing needs.

These guys are AMAZING. Next day service on a non emergency and they get here, fix my issue (it was relatively easy) AND DON'T CHARGE ME!!! I argued about having them take SOMETHING but they absolutely refused. What amazing service. This will be the only plumbing I use from here on out!!!! Oh, did I mention they drove to my house from Alpine!!!

Whoever was working and answered my call was very friendly, everyone else I called wasn't being helpful and this man without making any money off of me told me some tips on how to save the most money and even though he couldn't exactly help with my problem I still really appreciate that he stopped me from spending an insane amount of money. I have Airbnb renters in our house when I got notice that our water wasn't getting very hot. This was on a Saturday. I called around and found that people wanted to charge a hefty service fee just to come out to look at it especially coming out on the weekend. I finally tried Jeff at Pando Plumbing and he came that very next morning Sunday at no charge to assess the issue. Pilot light was out but looked like the pilot Assembly would need to be replaced. However he also found there were some things that weren't up to code with the plumbing of the water heater - one of the two was old and probably need to be replaced soon.
Jeff worked with us and said that we could try to wait until the end of the month when the people left to see if we wanted to either replace or repair the water heater... he didn't push us into replacing the whole system which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately the pilot light went out a few days later and we decided to go ahead and replace it. Jeff and Austin were great to work with. Their quote was very fair and they got it done quickly. Jeff and Austin were honest, on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Incredible service from Pando Plumbing today. Had a crew here laying new floors - job screeched to a halt when a leak was found behind a wall. Father/son team Jeff and Austin happened to have an opening and were on our doorstep within 15 minutes. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, plus some other minor repairs we happened to need at the same time. They were also able to recommend a drywall repairer who can help us with the rest. The cost was reasonable, and they were super helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Pando Plumbing!
