Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Jordi. He came to my house to check on a plumbing issue with my washing machine but did not find anything wrong with the plumbing or the washer. However, he disconnected the washing machine and left without reconnecting it, advising me to call a mechanic instead. My brother, who is not an expert, later found and removed a piece of cloth stuck in the tubes--a simple fix that Jordi overlooked. When Jordi returned to reinstall the machine, he forgot to open the water valve, which is a basic task for any plumber. After leaving, he refused to come back to fix this mistake, leaving me in a difficult situation where I couldn't even open the water myself because it's behind a wall and requires moving both the dryer and washer. On top of that, he was unprofessional and rude when I requested a partial refund for the incomplete job. I would not recommend his services to anyone based on this experience.

Jordi is a thief. Don't let his confidence fool you. We hired him to re-do our plumbing. He took many short cuts on our job and showed us partial videos of his work and we trusted he completed it as per the scope of work. He didn't inform us of areas of the house he couldn't access and therefore could not easily perform the work he was contracted for. Instead of informing us and trouble shooting, he lied and took our money. We found a leak a month after his work and during the inspection of the leak, we realized Jordi didn't actually do the initial work he was scoped for. After paying him $11,000, he said if we didn't pay him $700 he wouldn't come to our house (even though there is a warranty of his work in our original contract). He showed up, saw that the leak was hard to fix, and left. He then blocked me and my wife and didn't accept our calls. We hope you find better luck with someone else.
