We have had mixed experiences with this group. In job 1, they helped to re route some pipes to our dishwasher, which was great and worked perfect. We have been very happy with the results. In job 2, one of our showers was only putting out cold water. I replaced the cartridge with no luck. They came and inspected for $50 and told us they would need to cut into the wall to replace all the piping. After they left, as a last resort try, I turned one of the valves that was just beyond the balancing valve, and boom, back to normal. I feel dumb for not checking but was also disappointed that they had not. In job 3, our main water line blew and they came out . Charged us $50 again. Told us that we should hire a leak detection company (cost 375) to determine the leak location, then they would come out and replace the entire water line....which made zero sense. Why would we need to know where the leak is if they recommend replacing the entire water line? They also indicated that they preferred that who ever quoted the work should do the work, and they could do it 5 days later. I asked if someone else could come do it sooner, and They said they would check and call me the next day, never received a call, even now. Just made no sense. Unsure of how the work structure is for this company, perhaps each """"team"""" gets paid based on what they do, in any case, just didn't make sense to go with them. In jobs 2 and 3, it required some critical thinking, and in both cases, we were disappointed. We tried and were happy we did, but would not recommend them for jobs that are not 100% clear . We do recommend them for things in which you know what needs to be done and can tell them what that is.

My husband and I just moved into a home and did not have any hot water- They were able to fix the water heater in 2 minutes and also gave us quotes very quickly for a couple other projects we wanted to do in our master bath. The two gentlemen who came out were super informative, polite, and responsive. They charged a very reasonable fee for their time that day and we will be using them for our plumbing needs moving forward!

I'm grateful for all Panacea has done for us... unfortunately we've had a few plumbing issues this year, some major and some minor. David has always shown up to the job prepared for the unknowns and focused on quickly getting our plumbing systems back in order. I've also appreciated how David walks through some of the options to make the repair along with any risks (either time or cost) before moving forward. I think their pricing is fair, not the cheapest, but you can feel confident they are going to come prepared and fix the problem quickly.

Very expensive! We had a small leak problem and ended up paying $750 for half of a solution for 2.5 hours of work.

After having two great technicians out for a Leak repair about six weeks ago, I scheduled Panacea Plumbing to install my new Dishwasher. Mike and Jack seemed to work very well together and after we discussed what my expectations were and sharing what issues I had had with the previous Dishwasher, they provided a reasonable installation and haul away quote and got everything installed in a timely manner. Initially, the Lowe's Delivery had a two hour delay, but the guys worked around the schedule and got me fixed up. Ran a load after they left and another this morning and we are in great shape. Thank you again Mike and Jack! And to Tracey, thank you for helping get everything scheduled. I sincerely appreciate you working with me.

We've had four companies come out to give an estimate on the secondary problem that Panacea discovered during their repair on 9/3 All FOUR told us that the copper pipe they used was not a good choice for going into the house AND that the $850 they charged is about double what it should have been. Panaceas estimate for the other needed repairs are $1000 higher than ANY of the other four companies. So angry to feel so taken advantage of during this difficult time in our lives. Beware!

Called these guys twice. Once to replace a Bathroom Faucet. The second time to replace 15' of sewer line that was penetrated twice, by tree roots. I would Highly Recommend them for Good Work, a Good Knowledge of Plumbing Issues, Honesty, & Fair Pricing. I know if needed, I'll call them First !

Professional, fairly priced, called with a 30 min notice before arriving, and were quick to arrive. And great sense of humor. Wife and I argued over what clogged the drain and when they sent the invoice, they sent with a sense of humor.

We had issues with pinhole leaks in our long horizontal runs of copper pipes. Panacea came out, gave us an estimate for close to half the cost of the closest competitor, and finished a massive repiping project in less than a day while we went about our daily activities with the house full during the pandemic. They were efficient, thorough, and thoughtful. I highly recommend them!
