Our main water line bursts on Saturday morning at 2 a.m. Panacea was able to come out the next day to fix the main water line as well as replace our valve shut off (in garage) at no extra cost. My father left his faucet on in his in-law suite and his sink overflowed and water leaked into our foyer. John and Christian helped me clean up and gave me advice again, at no charge. 3 days later in the most humid dates of the year we have no water damage (fingers crosses). John and Christian were amazing. Panacea is the best plumbing service hands down!!!

Beware of doing business with these folks - I would definitely think twice before using them again. We called around for several plumbers to get quotes to not only install a disposal in our sink but also to repair a hose that was leaking. We spoke with Tracy on the phone who gave us two options (.5HP unit and .75HP unit) for the disposal and quoted us to repair the hose. We specifically asked for differences in disposal types and if the height of our sink would impact the installation. She assured us that it would not be an issue and that someone could come out the same day. When Stan, the plumber, came to our home he informed us that 1. He could not install the disposal without redoing all of our under-sink plumbing so the quote would be almost double what we were quoted and 2. He would not even attempt to fix the leak in the hose. We obviously did not want to pay over a thousand dollars for a disposal, and we still had the issue of the hose to worry about. He then told us that since we weren't going to use his services (which were significantly higher than the quote for the disposal and he was unable to fix the hose) he would be charging us the fee to have him come out. We discussed that we were upset that we were told over the phone a quote and then were told significantly higher on the phone. His response was that Tracy was not a plumber. This would be understandable if she had been unable to give us a quote at all - additionally, it appears from their website that Tracy is the owner. That day, Tracy called for payment. Again, we attempted to tell Tracy that we were unhappy that she had quoted us one thing and the plumber could not fix our issue and we were grossly underquoted. Tracy continuously interrupted us and was very rude. Rather than even hear us out, she then threatened to put a lien on the home if we were refusing to pay the $55 service fee. Between the threats, attitude, and gross misquoting I would absolutely never recommend Panacea. We thankfully were able to find another plumber in the area who successfully fixed the leak and installed the disposal no problem, and charged us about the same amount as the original quote from Panacea. Panacea was incredibly unprofessional and the practice seemed slimy from our experience, certainly be aware of the risk if you are forced to do business with them.

So after having Panacea come out to repair a leaking pipe, it was suggested that they either jack hammer through my floors/slab or repipe my entire house. I had another plumber out yesterday for a second opinion/quote. The leak was not under our slab and was repaired within about 30min. Also, we do not have polybutylene pipes throughout our home (we have copper), so if we have more leaks in the polybutylene service line, we would only need to repipe from our meter to our hot water heater in our garage. Also, their quote to repipe the entire house with PEX Piping (not including drywall repairs/painting) was literally double the price of the other 3 quotes I received. They seem pretty money hungry considering my leak could have been easily fixed when your guys were there, as opposed to your suggestion of jack hammering through my floors/slab or repiping my entire house and due to the fact that your quote was double everyone else's. Just some insight if you guys want to stay competitive in your industry. I could've been out some SERIOUS money, if I would've listened to you guys.

Awesome job- came the day after I requested service from their website. Called me on the way as well to make sure we were home! Gentlemen assessed the problem with leaky dishwasher and fixed it in less than an hour. Nice work and no mess left behind.

BEWARE OF GEORGE!!!! I have never left a google review before, but I felt I needed to warn people of this business. On November 15th they sent George to my home. I had called because I had water that would seep out from under my kitchen sink. I told the company when I called I believed I had a drain line leak, because I did not have constant water coming out. I also told this to George when he arrived. George looked things over and decided I had a small water line leak in the crawl space under my kitchen. He repaired the pipe and charged me $325.00 for the repair. A few days later, I still had water seeping out from under the kitchen sink. I called the company again, and again stated I was sure I had a drain line leak somewhere under my kitchen sink. Again, I felt this way because I did not have a constant flow of water coming out and my water bill had not increased any. They sent George back out, this time I was at work and my elderly mother was home to let them in. George assessed the situation and decided there was another small water line leak, this time under the kitchen sink. So without calling me to discuss the problem, he cut out the old water supply line and drilled a hole through the bottom of my cabinet to run a new water line. Another $325.00 this was on November 24th the day before Thanksgiving. I got home from work, and low and behold still had water seeping out from under my kitchen sink. I immediately called the company and was told no one could come out until Friday since Thursday was Thanksgiving. Not ideal since we were having people over for Thanksgiving dinner but, what could I do. SO i said that is fine but I need to be priority on Friday. i was told they would be out between 8 and 10 AM. I called on Friday to verify and was told they would be out between 10 and 12. So much for priority. The manager Mike arrived. assessed the situation and no surprise he agreed it was a drain issue, however, he could not fix it while he was here and could not come back until Monday. Again, so much for priority. Monday morning I called the office and the owner Traci answered the phone. I asked her what time they were scheduled to come out to fix my drain line. She looked at the schedule and told me I was not on their schedule for the day. So I explained to her everything that had happened up to that point and that i expected since there were so many issues that I would have been a priority to fix the situation. She said I was a priority but she couldn't get anyone out until 3 pm. I asked who would be coming and she said GEORGE. I said Please do not send George to my home again. I explained that he came to my home twice, both times I told him it was a drain line issue and both times he found water line leaks that didn't exist to fix and charged me $325 each time to fix a phantom leak. She got very upset with me, and told me her company would never do that and they have real plumbing problems to deal with. Apparently, the owner did not feel my issue was a real problem. She then told me that George was the only one available and I would have to wait until Tuesday for Mike to come out and fix the leak. He would not be able to come until 2 to 4, so again, I'm clearly not their priority. Mike came out, drilled another hole in the bottom of my cabinet and ran a new drain line. Now every time a toilet flushed in the you can hear the noise through the drain line in the kitchen, it makes a loud gurgling noise. I had no follow up phone calls from the manager or the owner. I had to call the company the following day to get any information. I told Mike I felt they should return my money for the water line repairs that were not necessary and he explained that there were water line leaks and a small water line leak would not cause constant water or for my water bill to increase. He clearly thinks I am uneducated and would fall for that nonsense. He also told me he fixed my drain line issue for free. HA!!! I paid them $650 dollars in total so nothing was free. I have still heard nothing from the owner. I have all of this well documented and I am turning them in to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Georgia licensing. Any company who trains their plumbers to create a plumbing issue so they can make money needs to be reported. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THEIFS AND UNETHICAL!!!!

We used Panacea to repipe the the copper in our East Cobb home this past week. Very pleased with crew that moved efficiently and professionally to complete the job in our three level home. Six pinhole leaks over past few years led to making this investment in peace of mind and eliminating a hinderance to selling down the road. Changed our 11 year old water heater at a fair price while on site. Three days total time to arrival and completion. Clean up was terrific. Highly recommend having them provide estimate this for you ... Thanks to Mike and Chris and all!

We have had mixed experiences with this group. In job 1, they helped to re route some pipes to our dishwasher, which was great and worked perfect. We have been very happy with the results. In job 2, one of our showers was only putting out cold water. I replaced the cartridge with no luck. They came and inspected for $50 and told us they would need to cut into the wall to replace all the piping. After they left, as a last resort try, I turned one of the valves that was just beyond the balancing valve, and boom, back to normal. I feel dumb for not checking but was also disappointed that they had not. In job 3, our main water line blew and they came out . Charged us $50 again. Told us that we should hire a leak detection company (cost 375) to determine the leak location, then they would come out and replace the entire water line....which made zero sense. Why would we need to know where the leak is if they recommend replacing the entire water line? They also indicated that they preferred that who ever quoted the work should do the work, and they could do it 5 days later. I asked if someone else could come do it sooner, and They said they would check and call me the next day, never received a call, even now. Just made no sense. Unsure of how the work structure is for this company, perhaps each """"team"""" gets paid based on what they do, in any case, just didn't make sense to go with them. In jobs 2 and 3, it required some critical thinking, and in both cases, we were disappointed. We tried and were happy we did, but would not recommend them for jobs that are not 100% clear . We do recommend them for things in which you know what needs to be done and can tell them what that is.

My husband and I just moved into a home and did not have any hot water- They were able to fix the water heater in 2 minutes and also gave us quotes very quickly for a couple other projects we wanted to do in our master bath. The two gentlemen who came out were super informative, polite, and responsive. They charged a very reasonable fee for their time that day and we will be using them for our plumbing needs moving forward!

I'm grateful for all Panacea has done for us... unfortunately we've had a few plumbing issues this year, some major and some minor. David has always shown up to the job prepared for the unknowns and focused on quickly getting our plumbing systems back in order. I've also appreciated how David walks through some of the options to make the repair along with any risks (either time or cost) before moving forward. I think their pricing is fair, not the cheapest, but you can feel confident they are going to come prepared and fix the problem quickly.

Not polite, not reasonably priced, should stay in East Cobb. Seniors, etc. beware! Day 3 - with handy 2""""PVC pipe Panacea returns: COST? $325 - Not priceless! Sickening!
