Over charged me without letting me know I was incurring extra charges. and 3 days later same problem came back, clogged kitchen sink.

Bath tub drain was leaking from underneath, Called Pam's Plumbing they sent 2 guys out to diagnosis where the leak was, took them about 5 minutes leak found removed needed parts from their truck and in 15 minutes problem was solved. Great service knowledgeable people will surely call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Do not waste your time or money. Owner is a nice person but has absolutely NO IDEA what he is doing. They worked on my house for 3 weeks and somehow STILL could not finish the job. We eventually just asked them to leave so we could get someone in here that knew what to do. Even the basic installation of the kitchen sink faucet was difficult for them. So so so dissatisfied with the work. Know that my bill was over 1000$ and they did 3 small things that any plumber could do over a few days. Even if they needed to order a part. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Customer service is not the main element of a plumbing business.
