This company is dishonest. I don't see how they are ranked with 5 stars. We were referred by Home Shield Warranty over 3 months ago and no service was completed. The first visit one of the workers brings a 50 gallon tank when we have a 80 gallon tank. He quoted that """"someone has order the wrong size tank"""" and it would cost us a extra $428 to bring your 80 gallon tank up to code. Our home was build in 2016 """"very suspicious"""". Another month goes by I spoken with the someone in the office, their response """"we are still waiting for your 80 gallon tank to come in"""". One month later someone from the front office calls us saying they no longer making any 80 gallon tanks and they would have to put two 40 gallon tanks in out attic with a extra cost of $860 Home Shield Warranty covers only charges us only $150 for all calls. I did my research Home Depot and Lowes have 80 gallon tanks in stock. I called back with questions about the making for 80 gallon tank I was presented with ignorant don't care attitude. I would not recommend this dishonest company to anyone.

They came within a day and got me all fixed. The toilet in our new home was installed incorrectly. They fixed it and made sure the others were good. Friendly service!

Sorry gonna have to give them a ONE I would less but seeing its not an option. Its soo nice that they NEVER showed up for the appt we booked with them today... Waited here the full 4 hours 1-5 after receiving the confirmation text this morning about the appt. So yeah, thought we'd give them a try after seeing a Truck of theirs in our subdivision but you don't know what you don't know.. I'll be calling YoHe from now on seeing they have NEVER let me down on an appt or anything else.. Just stating MY Truthful experience.... take it for what its worth... They booked us to do work and NEVER showed for the APPT a whole afternoon wasted...

Pamela's Plumbing is very professional and friendly. When I had my water heater break a bit over a month ago, they were the only ones I called that could come immediately to remove the broken water heater. They told me the price of service and replacement and offered to do a payment plan with me when I asked about it. The plumber that came over was very knowledgeable and efficient and explained everything about the water heater and installation and removal. After fighting with my insurance about repairing my wall (mold damage), about a month and a half later the plumbing job was finished, to no fault of this company. They have been extremely patient and did not demand payment for what they already worked on, only a message asking for an update about three weeks after the tank removal. After the job was finally complete, the bill came out to be about half of what I was expecting, so the payment plan was unnecessary. Overall they are a great plumbing company.

I called Pamela to have a gas line installed for my stove. Her worker came out and charged me $125.00 for an estimate that I paid but never received! I called the company several times and they were dishonest in telling me that they emailed me an estimate, I had to dispute the payment for services not rendered with my credit card company due to the fact that they would refund my money. My credit did an investigation and refunded my money back. I found Pamela's plumbing very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone

We had to do some remodeling to our kitchen due to water leaks and mold. We were connected with Pamela's Plumbing through the company that was handling the cabinet work and coordinating the remodel. I could not be happier with the service provided. They needed to remove everything and cap it off. Then they came back and installed the faucet, garbage disposal and an RO system. They were on time, very helpful during the process and the work looks perfect. We highly recommend them! (although we never got meet Pamela - lol )

Our sink was not draining and was backed up so our home insurance called Pamela's plumbing to come out to service. Upon the service men unclogging our drainage which is also connected to our dishwasher connector we thought it was all good. But that night we went to run our dishwasher and noticed water sitting in the bottom, which was odd. So We thought naturally this was a little bit left from the sink back up so we ran the dishwasher. After the cycle was complete water was still there(twice) so we called the plumbing the next morning. No answer left a message. The next day still no answer or call back. Repeatedly called and finally got an answer. The receptionist after we told her what the problem was began saying this was not a connection to the plumbing which it was. She said she would call the plumber delay the message and have him call us back. He called back saying the same thing the receptionist said. Trying to say it could be a pump it could be the dishwasher going bad everything but let me check and make sure this wasn't something that I did. He Never wanted to take responsibility. After going back-and-forth he said he could come look if It had anything to do with the garbage disposal. I did not have the energy for foolishness. He also mentioned how his guy used someone's bathroom and the plumbing went bad but it wasn't there fault??? (Really???that speaks volumes) We are already getting ran over by gas prices and now for this company to do the same to honest working people just a shame. Lesson learned """"say no to Pamela's Plumbing"""" for me.

Our garbage disposal broke on Thanksgiving with a house full of people. I contacted our Home Owners Warranty service company to schedule the replacement since it was 8 years old. We had no idea which plumber they would send but very happy they sent John from Pamela's Plumbing. He came prepared, worked quickly and professionally and was very informative and friendly. Very happy with the service and happy the HOW folks hire quality contractors.

I read the reviews they are all over the place I'm assuming mostly because they are the one and only plumbing service contracted with American Home Shield home warranty. The warranty company has to approve some of the work before they can actually do it so it can be frustrating. However, they were honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had several repairs done over the course of 3 visits and still more to do. Not because of them but because of the warranty company. I would recommend them and use them in the future should I have any issues not covered by my warranty.

Showed up without tools. Was not prepared to work or fix any of the identified problems. Told home warranty there """"are no problems"""". My family still cannot use water without toilets backing up into house. -Do Not Use This Company
