I've called Adam for issues with plumbing in my 100+ years old home for at least a few years now. He's urgent to respond to inquiries, extremely knowledgeable, (even with super old plumbing) efficient, and reasonable with pricing. He explains the issues efficiently and is very to the point. Extremely respectable. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the plumbing in my home.

Palyo Plumbing is First Class all the way. I've hired him a few times over the last few years so I have pretty good handle on how he conducts business.

He's very responsive with returning phone calls / texts, and setting appointments. He very professional. He's dependable / shows up for the job when he says he'll be there. He knows what he's doing and is very open to answering questions / advising.

He's honest too, which is hard to find in this world today. He will advise against something even if he would make more $ doing it. (i.e. The first time I hired him was to replace my kitchen faucet and sink. I just happened to mention to him that I'll eventually be getting new countertops. Knowing that, he advised against having him replace the kitchen sink until I get new counter tops. He didn't have to point that out, but he did. It saved me from having to pay twice for new kitchen sinks when I do get new kitchen counter tops.

He is one of the good guys .... I highly recommend him!

He responded quickly and was the most comprehensive and competitive. He took the time to explain the situation and our options so we could make an informed decision. He was quick to respond by email and would return calls before the day was out. Most importantly, he showed up for the appointment (not everyone does)! We had a leak in our water line that had to be excavated, and when our line turned out to be lead he was quick to switch gears with us to go from a patch to a replacement, explaining our options so we could choose what best fit our goals and budget. Professional demeanor, professional work. Adam made a tough situation easier, and he'll be my first call next time we have a water problem.
