It was two days before Halloween. We realized our boiler was not working. It was 8 pm. Lenny Palumbo was highly recommended by a friend. I texted Lenny , he thankfully replied at 9:40 pm that night. I sent him a picture of the water overflow and he said he will come by our place the next day to assess.
Next day he came by on time and indeed confirmed it was time to replace the boiler. The following day, halloween, he and his assistant, Jose, installed the boiler. They were respectful of our home in that they wore booties to avoid soiling the floors and carpets. It was a feat carrying the 75 gallon boiler up three floors but they were skilled and systematic. They finished the job in a timely manner. Always professional yet friendly and warm. It was a rainy dreary Halloween this year; had Palumbo plumbing not replaced our boiler quickly, it would have been a nightmare of a Halloween!

I have toilets and kitchen pipes that seem to need fixing. I asked if Lenny could take a quick look and he graciously inspected the symptoms I described and made recommendations. For free!
I plan to call on him again soon.

Contacted the Whippany person for service. We were
told they would be here between 10 and 12. It is now 3:20 pm. We have tried to contact them and left voicemails. No one had the decency to even contact us and let us know anything. We have no plan on having them come or ever calling them again for service. They called 326 told them not to come.
