The team was clear and professional throughout the entire time they were installing the toilet from the time I called last week. They came completely prepared with all of the equipment and worked pretty fast like they've been doing it for a long time. We appreciate the clear communication about some concerns with some wiring. I had no shower downstairs for over two weeks. We haven't cleaned the drain in over 3 years and I assumed we had something clogged inside since the water would fill inside the shower.
