JEFF IS THE BEST THERE IS!!
On a Sunday - we had a water pipe spring a leak, inside of the downstairs ceiling...
My 82 year old Mother was beside herself and I sorta was myself as well.
Now mind you - it's Sunday, I don't live in Mariposa - so I have ZERO connections to a *GOOD* Plumber (key here is the word *good*) and I've now turned the water off - there is NO water to the house.... and I've got to get the problem under control. Not what I really wanted to do during my long 4th of July weekend... none the less I must carry on.
Moving forward - next steps - I picked up the Mariposa phone book and began my journey to resolve the issue.
Palomar Plumbing was the third Plumber I called...First one - whose name will remain anonymous wanted an exorbitant amount for a Sunday.... Come on this is Mariposa?? Really?? I fully understand the point of making a living but please easy on all of the uplifted costs... Second call - no answer and then came the call to Jeff!!
All I can say is - he is an extremely kind human being ... that was and still is my first impression of him... His focus was the fact that the water had been shut off and we needed help.. He asked me a few questions and then said ""I wasn't planning on working today - but I will be right there"" .... Jeff actually had plans for the afternoon, but came through for us!!! He came as promised - completed the work and the cost was amazingly inexpensive... My family was incredibly happy and Jeff made it to his party - I hope...
Secondly Jeff is extremely conscientious and a fantastic Plumber!! He shared with me that he's been in business in Mariposa for 15 years. I can see why that is - he is top shelf... I highly recommend Palomar Plumbing...
Our next project is going to be an entire re-pipe of the home... Another story here ... before he left I asked Jeff for an estimate for the re-pipe and as promised he came through without hesitation and me having to call and bug him... It's rare that you find a vendor like Jeff....
