Excellence in Professional Plumbing at it's finest..it is difficult to find a good plumber who does well with leaks in the slab or pavement this business is on target. These days it's hard to find any business that aims for 100% customer service, let alone a small business! Nate and his crew are so classy if there is such a thing in the plumbing industry. Everyone that owns a business or home needs a trustworthy plumber that is honest with costs and not trying to use their expertise to take advantage of customers! I've known and refered Palomar Plumbing customers and have peraonally experienced the expertise Nate has with slab leaks. The best part about this small business, is this young man built his business from the ground up and he keeps giving better and better service. Palomar Plumbing is reliable, competitive prices and backs their work.
He is excellent with slab leaks in specific.. which are a very frustrating for home owner's, but Palomar plumbing is reassuring and confident.

I called Palomar Plumbing this morning at 915 am to see if they could come replace my dishwasher valve and remove the old dishwasher and install the new one. Nathan answered right away and said it wouldn't be a problem and was able to set an appointment for 1030am this morning. I was so surprised and excited they could get me in so fast. Fernando came over and completed the job. He was great and I'm very pleased with the service I recieved. I highly recommend Palomar Plumbing and plan on using them in the future.

This is the third time I've used Nate and can't say enough good things about him and his team. If you want somebody that answers the phone when you call, you can depend on Nate. Most recently I had him fix a return line to my pool (toilets and hot water heater previously). The pool technician I had out didn't even know what a slip coupling was and didn't realize that it was larger on one to attach a new coupling. Plus, we wouldn't have been here till next week. Called Nate on Thursday evening and he had Fernando out the very next morning.

Fernando is a real pro. He was able to use the existing elbow and remove the old slip coupling so that he could put a standard 1 inch pipe in there. Understanding my concern about using another slip coupling since they seem to break, he used 4 elbows to hook in a new pipe. After letting it dry, I followed his recommendation to put sand around the pipe versus the rocky clay we have here and presto, everything works great!

Nathan White provides the best customer service out there! I've encountered many plumbers in the past and everytime they try to over charge me and take a ridiculous amount of time to resolve the problem. Nathan works fast, efficient and is a very professional worker. He makes it easy to understand the problems & solutions and well...you can't help but like this guy! I recommend him to anyone out there who is looking for superior plumbing service!! Prices are decent as well

I can't say enough about Nathan, the owner and Fernando, his assistant. We had them copper repipe the house. The dry wall company that came in afterwards did not clean up after themselves. Nathan found and PAID for a great cleaning team, when it wasn't even his responsibility. That's definitely above and beyond. Palomar Plumbing does an excellent job, is trustworthy, and are reasonably priced....my family's plumbing company from now on!!!
