Had a drain issue and without taking anything apart or inspecting the pipes,other than looking at them, the employee they sent said they'd have to run all new piping. Had a second opinion and what they quoted me at over 1,500 ended up only costing $85. Because it only needed a simple cleaning. Had other issues also but reached out to the owner to make him aware. Completely blew them off and accused me of lying. Many better options out there.

I have used Palmerio Plumbing several times for some emergency plumbing situation and each time they have showed up on short notice and completed an awesome job. Today I had the pleasure of working with Ernie and within minutes of his arrival he was able to diagnose the issue. Ernie was professional, repairs were quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend Palmerio Plumbing to anyone with big or small plumbing issues!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Palmerio plumbing. I called Joe out to repair a leaky pipe in our barn. He came out to repair the leaky pipe and said that the current system did not have a check valve but should. He installed the check valve and when he left I discovered that no there was no water being delivered to the automatic waterers. I called Joe immediately and he made an appointment to return. He neither returned nor called to say he was not coming out. This happened on three more occasions over two weeks, during which time I was hauling water by hand for the horses. Finally I called another plumber in desperation who came out and said that the problem was the check valve that Joe had installed! It was not needed and in fact was contraindicated! I called Joe and told him what happened. he said he would refund the money I had paid him to do the work and the check would be in the mail the next day. Now we are nearly three weeks outand still no check. Joe won't even return my calls now. Tomorrow I call the Better Business Bureau. Palmiero Plumbing is not only incompetent, but they are expensive and dishonest! Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs!

New note on Nov 20: It is TRULY amazing how fast a company can respond to a negative review after failing to keep multiple appointments that the same company caused. And another ""check is in the mail"" story - now FIVE WEEKS since a refund was promised. Could it possibly be true???? Easier to believe in Santa Claus!

We used Palmiero Plumbing on two occasions. At first Joe was very responsive and came out to the house to fix the problem quickly. The bill was more than we had anticipated and more than we had paid other plumbers for similar work in the past, but the quality of the work was good. We paid for the work on the day the work was finished. We later had another plumbing problem in the barn. This time Joe was slower to respond and missed coming out as promised a few times without calling to let us know. We then discovered that the automatic waterers no longer worked after Joe had repaired the other problem in the barn. We then called Joe again. He promised to come out many times, but each time he has missed the appointment and didn'teven have the courtesy to call. We have now been hauling water for two horses by hand for three weeks, and it's getting old! We now must find another plumber to fix the problem in the next two weeks before we go on vacation so the horsesitter doesn't have to haul heavy water buckets. Bottom line... work is good but expensive and communication is virtually nil.

Contacted Palermo Plumbing due to the excellent Yelp reviews. Reviews were spot on, quick professional service, Bryan diagnosed the issues and corrected them and provided us with a new easy to use thermostat. We are new to the area and now do not need to worry about any future plumbing needs.

Needed a repair of my water line to hook up my new washing machine. Brian answered the call and said he would be there this afternoon at 2. He was there promptly at 2 and assessed my problem. He said he needed some additional Parts and would return in an hour. He returned promptly in an hour, fixed my problem within a half an hour. He was very professional and cleaned up afterword. I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend Brian. 5 stars!

Great plumber! If i could give em 10 stars i would. Brian and joe are great, brian showed up on time and i told him what i knew and what i did about the problem and he investigated all the culprits and tried to find out how we could try to see the problem. They were barely invasive and were easy to try as i didnt want to disturb or get massive amounts of dust or whatnot all over the place where my daughter plays. The problem was fixed within an hour and thanks to Brian's high tech tools it was easy to find and super easy fix. The quote was given before he does any work and it was not a wallet buster by any means. Upfront, honest, hard working guys, you wont find a better set of guys and they are on my speed dial if i have anymore problems and they should be on yours too!
