Pricing is very steep compared to other plumbers in the area. I just find it crazy to pay over $920 to install a toilet including a $300 toilet. Better options available.

I've lived on the northshore and used a lot of plumbers but Palmer is the best. Reasonable and very good at what they do. They correctly identified an issue that 3 others couldn't figure out. Good for rodding outside drains too. Love Brett Palmer!!

A toilet wasn't flushing properly so I called Palmer based on reading some positive reviews. I was startled by how quickly I was able to secure an appointment. A plumber arrived within an hour and fixed the problem promptly. Very pleased.

If you ever need a plumber, Palmer Plumbing (847 395-8570) is outstanding in all regards. We have had very extensive plumbing projects completed over the past 18 months, including repiping our whole house along with a bathroom and kitchen redo and all of Palmer's work has been meticulous. Further, each crew member is a great guy and very easy to have in the house--hardworking, pleasant and patient when answering questions, and they all do a great job protecting floors, etc. along with cleaning up afterwards. I also learned from LF city inspectors that Palmer's expertise and work is highly regarded. Excellent work, positive attitudes, and reasonable pricing means I highly recommend them with no reservations. (This sounds so glowing...I should add that I have no relationship with this company. I just want to recognize a great service provider.)

I have used Palmer twice in the past 2 months and very happy with their service. They have responded promptly both times (even responding on a holiday weekend) and the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Plumbing and Radiant Heat - excellent service and communication. Sleuths in a way - they really think about the problem and the root of it. We live in a nearly 100 year old home that's been added on to over the years. Having found Brett Palmer and his team, wouldn't think f calling anyone else. Not cheap - but you get what you pay for - they know what they're doing, and do it right the first time.

This is perhaps the worst plumbing company in the area. The work they did created major flooding issues in my basement. My basement never had these issues before. They are absolutely horrible and very dishonest.
