This is a long overdue review, but I'm finally getting around to sharing.

I noticed a leak coming from the one of the valves outside. I had to shut the water off because it was a pretty big leak. We were on a time crunch to fix it because we were getting ready to have new tenants move in.

I contacted Terrell and he was super responsive and was committed to working with the timing we were up against. He came the same day and diagnosed the problem, discovering that the PVC water line might need to be replaced.

He returned early morning the next day and bored about 10 feet under the concrete and replaced about 35 feet of PVC lines. It was a hot, summer day, but Terrell and his partner managed to still complete the job on the same day. He was very professional and sensitive to the urgency that was needed to complete the task quickly.

Not only was the quality of work supreme (job was done in summer of 2022 and not a single issue has come up since), but the pricing was extremely fair. It was highly competitive compared to other plumbing companies out there. As a result, he is my go-to guy for all things plumbing.

Noticed my water heater leaking from the cold in side connection. I called Terrell this morning and he said he would be here early in the afternoon. Terrell texted at 1030 and said he was on his way, earlier than stated which was great for me.

Terrell determined the problem and fixed it all under 20 minutes or so.

Service was great and the price was right.

I'll be having him come back and do some more work for me in the very near future.

We bought a new house, but the master bathroom only had one sink. I expressed the importance of keeping the same vanity. Terelle installed the double sink while preserving the original vanity. He went over step by step the details of what the job entailed. He kept me updated throughout the entire process which didn't take long at all. We were very pleased with the results. Staff was timely and very professional during visit. Terrell took his time to ensure the job was done correctly, and that all issues were resolved. I called this morning and in less then an hour Terrell was at my house giving me a free estimate. He was professional and his price beat all the other plumbers I spoke with. I told him I would call him back after speaking with my husband and once I called him back he was back with the parts in no time at all. In less then an hour he had my water heater back and running... I'm so glad he was recommended.

My water heater wouldn't stay lit but after changing out the pilot assembly and thermalcouple it's up and running and we have hot water again!!

I will eventually need a new water heater since mine is 10 years old and I will definitely be calling Terrell back for the Job!

We had a plumbing emergency come up, as new homeowners these things can be quiet scary, when we originally bought the house, the water heater wasn't properly hooked up, how this got by the inspections, is beyond me.. it ended up flooding our garage, in a panick we called palmers plumbing and spoke directly with Terell. He came out same day and hooked up the water heater so that if it were to let water out again, it would drain outside of our garage (like it was supposed to) He let us know that we would most likely need another water heater soon and to start preparing for that. Sure enough, he was right! Within a few weeks we had completely lost hot water. We called him back, since his service was so prompt the first go round. He came the VERY same day and helped my husband pick out a new one and installed it that night. He went above and beyond for us, I couldn't be more grateful for the help we received on such short notice. Not to mention how nice it was of him to take the time out of his night to stay late, into his off work hours, and put it all in for us. We will ALWAYS call Palmers plumbing for our future needs!
