The company was started in 1978 by Alene and LeRoy Palmer. Their son, Jason Palmer, along with his wife Andrea, continues the legacy of ensuring safe, clean drinking water through backflow assembly testing and repairs.

Jason joined the family business in 1995. Following his graduation from Boise State University in 1999, he has dedicated himself to working full-time at Palmer Backflow.
