They were originally hired by our HOA to diagnose and re-route a plumbing line after a slab leak. We then hired them for a full re-plumb of our aging condo. Manager, Alex, kept us updated on progress and helped us navigate vendors for environmental testing and restoration. Our HOA hired them to replace drain lines, hot/cold water lines, relocate lines and adding some drains in our community laundry room and bathroom. This is a small community of 56 condo's in Indio. The price tag for this was 67,000 which went over that with extra's they charged for and of course dry wall and some painting. Everytime we turned around they were charging extra for something ! They were going to finish the job in 3 weeks but they weren't showing up everyday and we had to call to find out where they were a few times ! They promise everything until you actually hire them To see the finished job is questionable ! They did not replace the baseboards that were on the walls before they took them off ! We had a bulletin board with signs pertaining to laundry room washers/dryers etc., they did not put back, the laundry room door was busted up during their time there. They put our one little drinking fountain back up on the outside wall and replaced some fixtures on that..........EXCEPT they neglected to put a knob on it so you can't even get a DRINK OF WATER !!!!!! they did not put a plate over the one outlet on the outside wall and they NEGLECTED to put a drain cover on an OPEN outside drain !!!!!! They took a ladder and some other items out of an outside closet and did NOT put these things back !!!! They came back a week ago for a walk through with the property manager and they told her these were minor non important complaints !!!! We would never hire them again and could not with a straight face recommend them !!! This certainly speaks to the integrity of this company ! Buyer beware !!!!

We called them on the weekend and they suggested we turn off the water and not pay $200 weekend fee which worked out great they were out the very next day and set up an appointment and within two days everything was fixed and done very professional very kind and very concerned about others.

Palm Springs Leak Detection. Find another company! What a rip off! The General Manager, Alex McIntosh, came to my house and from the time he started ""fast talking"", I should have known he was here to rip me off. I had an irrigation leak under my patio cement slab. He started out by telling me they were going to have to do some kind of ""electronic leak detection"" when he could clearly see exactly where the water was bubbling up between the expansion seam. He says in his detailed description billing of the job that they did electronic leak detection. I was out there and they did NOT. He laid down and put his ear to the concrete with the water running. I do not consider that electronic leak detection.
He told me they could not do electronic leak detection because if they hooked up their equipment and turned on the water it would ping at every sprinkler head. He kept telling me the leak could be here, or over there, or maybe down there. They proceeded to jackhammer up the concrete exactly where I knew the leak was and am sure they knew that was the spot as well. In about 20 minutes they had uncovered enough cement and dirt and turned on irrigation station number one and water started gushing from the leak in a PVC pipe. Bingo! Off they went to the hardware for sprinkler parts to repair the break, covered the hole and left for the day. Another man, Cesar arrived the next day to saw an even hole in the concrete and fill it with cement. Took him less than an hour. Said they would be back later in the day to do a texture to match the rest of the patio. Came back to tell me they could not get the texture and would be back the next day. Came back did the texture and then came back later in the day to paint with paint I provided. They were here a total of approximately four hours and charged me $1850.00 which equates to $462.50 an hour. Outrages! Parts to repair the PVC break were probably less than $20. and there was one bag of cement and texture for a 15"" X 17"" hole. So not much for parts. There were only two persons who actually did the work, one I believe was David, and the other was Cesar. Alex was here on and off during the 3 days but did nothing but pace up and down and around my patio on his phone. Please do not be an old fool like me, get a second estimate, or third and don't be ripped off by this company! Incompetent at best. Asked for a credit card for a reason before coming out. Our estimate for digging went from max of $2,250 to over $4,500. The GM Alex is very polite while his company is scamming you. Spent days and dollars digging, added crappy diagnostic valves that did nothing to find the problem. Their expert David incorrectly had no idea what he was doing, incorrectly identifying which pipes were providing water to which sections since none of his testing was correct. And his sound detector is a joke. Using it, he claimed our leak was due to multiple valves leaking. In fact, only one of those had slight leak. Any layman would know that that alone could not be responsible for the hundreds of thousands of gallons of water we were losing.
David is unable to understand English or communicate, and did not do anything he committed to doing and did no follow up. After several days and thousands of dollars we fired them. BUYER BEWARE. They are not competent and will take you for a ride after being extremely responsive and polite on the first call and visit.

They were recommended to me by my handyman/plumber. We were having a kitchen sink drainage issue,
both sides of our sink would start to fill and then they drained beyond slow. Alex was awesome and offered a fair price to have the main line snaked. Carlos snaked the line and It worked but a day later the problem came back. I had them come back to snake the line again and thank goodness we are issue free so far! Greet guys, show up on time, do good work and charge a fair price.

Awful service. Tracked dirt in house, broke a pipe in backyard, flooded yard and left mud and broken parts around. Instead of 2 hour repair, they took 5 hours to repair pipe that they broke, causing me to cancel guest that was arriving that day...lost $300. Charged $310 for video which other companies do free after paying for snaking ( $240). Everything backed up again in a week. Alex refused to return, said no guarantee. I lost another $300 reservation due to plumbing problem. He said if I complained, he would sue me!

Don't Use! I called this company to find a leak that I have under my patio. Alex came out and charged $275.00 and said they found a leak under my brothers mobile home but could not find a leak under the patio. Alex said to have an exterminator come and spray under the mobile home and he would come back again to repair the leak under the mobile home for an additional $150.00.
When he came back to repair the leak he then proceeded to tell me, I now have 2 leaks under my mobile home which I could not verify and told me it was now going to be $875.00 to repair. I asked what happened to the $150.00 you quoted me and my brother yesterday? Alex then said he never told us that. Then he said he could drop his price from $875.00 to $600.00 So, I felt stuck and told him to fix the leaks. In the meantime I called another Plumbing company and explained what has happened, they told me they could fix the leaks for $350.00 and add regulators to the pipe. I quickly called Alex and told him I did not want him doing the work as I found another company to repair, He refused to stop as he said he already started the work. So all in all I paid a total of $600.00 plus $275.00 = $875.00 and guess what!!! I still have a leak under my patio. And that was the purpose of him coming out in the first place. I am not reporting to the Better Business Bureau and calling my lawyer...
