We worked with Dennis on a shower remodel. He helped us track down and order a hard-to-find shower base. He did a good job communicating with us using email and text messages, and kept us updated on how things were progressing. The project was completed in good time and at the price we expected, no surprises. I'm looking forward to working with Patriot Services on our next project.

I went to Yelp to help me decide on some repairs I needed done and came upon this guy. The reviews were all good so I called the guy. He called me back fairly quickly but, said he was quite busy.
Haven't heard a word back.

Poor communication skills.

He could of said when we spoke that it would be sometime next day, next week, next month, next year. At least I would of known what to expect.
I'll move on, thanks anyway!

I needed a handyman for a small job, after searching and searching I came across Patriot Services and read all the reviews, I just had to call this guy. I called and spoke to Dennis and lucky for me he was able to come to my house the same day. Dennis showed up on time, he was extremely courteous, and he's funny. Dennis hung up my two floating shelves without any problems. He made sure he found studs due to the weight of each shelve. Dennis made absolutely sure there were secured. After talking to him for a bit you could tell he is a genuinely good guy. I highly recommend Dennis and I will most definitely use his services again.

I needed a plumber over the weekend and I wasn't getting any call backs from several plumbers I tried, or they didn't work on weekends. Dennis picked up right away and delayed his trip out of town to stop at our house to fix a faucet that was leaking all of the place. He went to pick up a faucet that met my criteria and before he could reach me, went to a second place to find one that wasn't crazy expensive. The one he found was perfect, affordable and was installed quickly. Awesome service!

I was expecting 6 extra people to stay with me for Christmas and I have one bathroom!!!!!! The seal or flapper was not working properly and when I flushed the toilet it wouldn't always work, which could have turned into a nightmare ! I read Yelp reviews for Patriot's Service and called Dennis a couple of days before my family was to arrive and he gave me a time frame of 1 hour and he was here , when he said he would be !!!! He was personable and got right to work, fixed my toilet and was the price was reasonable ! I would use his company again.

Did a great job doing a quick fix on a leaky bathroom sink! Came within the 1 hour time frame he gave, and was done within another hour, including going to the hardware store to get a couple parts. Good pricing and friendly guy, definitely recommended.

Dennis, is amazing! I just moved to Palm Springs and Dennis addressed every issue with skillful precision. What amazed me was how easily he navigated through our various issues. Fair pricing, great attitude and an excellent experience! He is my go to man for projects.

Dennis and his son replaced my 40 gallon gas water heater for a fair price. I was given a detailed invoice before the job started and the job was completed for that price. Some other quotes that I received were much higher. More than one plumber came to my house and lied to me about code requirements. One other ""corporate-owned plumber"" was even more than happy to extend interest-free credit.... on a bunch of equipment that I did not need! You see their ads on TV all the time. This company that I have a long history with was very prompt, polite and courteous as they tried to rip me off. I guess all that advertising cost a fair bit of money that they pass on to customers of course. You won't see any advertisement on TV for Patriot Services, but you will save a good deal of money.

I had an issue with my the faucet at my kitchen sink. Dennis was able to make time for me same day and come out and replace the fixture. He was very thorough in checking all the lines and ensuring that the fixture worked to my satisfaction. Patriot Services will be my first call whenever I need any future work!
