Wow, I could not be more impressed with Patrick from Palm Breeze Plumbing. This is my first review I have ever written, but I felt it was necessary. He was professional, kind, prompt, knowledgeable and fixed our issue that other plumbing companies could not solve as easily. Patrick was very transparent and open about our issue even showing us pictures of pipes and thoroughly explaining what our problem was. He easily targeted his next plan and was able to fix our clog. The other plumbing company we used first charged us for modifications that were not needed and for draining a clog they didn't drain. They then wanted to make significant modifications that we were not ready to settle for. Therefore, we called Patrick at Palm Breeze Plumbing and it truly lifted the weight off our shoulders. We truly feel like he rescued us in a dire situation we have never been familiar with. We are new homeowners and Patrick truly took care of us and made us feel like he had our best interest first, and he did. We will be calling Patrick at Palm Breeze Plumbing for all of our services from here on out. Thank you Patrick and PBP for truly putting your customers and quality first.

We paid $2k+ deposit for a job in one of our Walmart retail locations and he told u that he got sick and could not perform the job. My company was willing to work with him and wait until he felt better after days of no communication we decide to ask for a refund. Every week he said he would give us a refund and even with us paying a huge deposit we were still willing to work with him. He stops answering my text messages and still has not provided us with our 2k+ refund. This man has stolen our money and my boss will seek legal action. The problem with him is that he did not realize that we have over 200+ locations and we are a huge company and my boss will stop at nothing until all of his assets are garnished.

Amazing service! I had a small project that needed some attention, and they took the time (while on vacation btw) to chat over the phone, diagnose the situation, and get me where I needed to be - all without even a service visit/fee. It's great to see small businesses out there still that care about their community and aren't trying to take advantage of people. Great job!

My hot water heater finally died and I reached out to Palm Breeze Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Katlin, and he offered to come out a couple days later, which was perfect. He and his helper replaced my water heater, which was in the attic and difficult to access, within a couple of hours and left no trace. They also installed new supply connectors and cleaned out the drain pan and took pictures of everything for me. Both Katlin and Nathan were friendly and Katlin said he appreciated my business. I certainly appreciated his service. Highly recommend.
