This used to be a great company for finding hard to find parts. But I haven't been there in quite a few years. While searching for a difficult to find fitting for a mobile home shower valve I was greeted on the phone this afternoon by Bob who after listening to half of what I was saying and cutting me off in mid sentence, proceeded to explain to me what a male adapter was (duh) and then tell me that the part I was holding in my hand didn't exist. After being in the trades over 35 years I think I'm smart enough to know what I'm looking for and know what I am holding in my hand. Used to be great but never again for me.

Amazing!! This is there place to go to find replacement plumbing parts you CAN'T find at the big box stores. The owner and staff are super helpful and will be sure you find the parts you need. Just remember to either physically bring in the part, or have the part #, you are replacing so they can match it. I literally went to 3 different places before I found this place and they had everything I needed.
