ZERO STARS. Michael Olson took a huge deposit to redo 2 bathrooms. Carried on for months about trying to get permits for me. Once he needed to give an architect money for plans he stopped communicating! He has a D+ Better Business Bureau rating for a reason. I only contacted him because he had great Yelp reviews. How wrong, sorry, and now broke I am for ever using Yelp.

We use Mike and his team for our all of our homes, I'm really surprised to see he even has a negative Review. Our 20 plus Vacation Rentals require high level attention to detail and Mike has been fantastic. We have referred him out to several others with excellent experiences. The Pricing for the Quality of work is without question the finest I've had in all of S. Florida. We're from the MidWest and finding quality, honest professionals in all categories has been challenging to say the least. Do yourself a favor and hire him if you want things done correctly and reasonable!!!!
