I called them asking them to bring their inspection camera out due to line to my septic tank backing up, I wanted to see if it was a broken line, root, problem with the septic, etc. They did not bring the camera as requested, instead guessed that it was the slope of the main drain pipe causing the problem, but sold it to me as ""this will definitely fix this"". $1700 in parts and labor to modify said main drain, and it did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Called back to speak to the owner, who agreed to come out with the camera as I originally requested. I cleared the blockage myself so it would be clear to camera and everything. They showed up on a different day than agreed when I was not there, and all the owner said to my girlfriend was, ""yeah, it's blocked"", no other info about how or where because the line was submerged again (of course it was when you didn't show up when you agreed to!) . They charged me a whole other call-out and camera fee to once again not do what I asked. Disputes to the bill, considering they absolutely failed to do what they promised, twice, were met with the most ridiculous response I have ever received. I absolutely will never, ever, ever call these incompetent, unprofessional, and absolutely overpriced hacks again. Telling everyone I know to stay far far far far away from these people.

I have a leaking Under Counter Ice Maker. I knew Pallante was doing the plumbing on my neighbor's new home. I also knew they had been in The Telluride Region for a while. I called ""After Hours,"" and was greeted by Landon. I explained my problem and asked if it would be possible, for he or one of his techs to stop by first thing in the AM. he said NO PROBLEM! In the AM, Landon followed up with me, and advised that his tech Steve, would arrive shortly. Steve and his assistant, quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem, a broken PVC Line. He said he was not sure it could be fixed, or how long it would last, but he would give it a try. He said he would need to go to the H/Ware store for supplies. I felt totally comfortable, telling him, I needed to leave, and gave him my garage code so he could come back in. When I returned later, my ice maker was back in place and No Leak. Landon called me later and advised, Steve had replaced the old PVC line, with a Copper one, and that the fix Will Hold! I can not, recommend Pallante, Landon and Steve Highly Enough!! Their Promptness, Professionalism, and Honesty, at the Highest Level! THIS, is How Business was done in the Old Days, and I am grateful, That Pallante, Landon and Steve, do Now! The BEST Experience!
