Great experience with Pallan Plumbing. Shon responded immediately and was able fix a drain backup that a previous plumber was not able to resolve. The pricing was fair and Shon is very professional and pleasant to work with. We will be using Pallan Plumbing for all of our future plumbing need.

Personable and trustworthy- it's a good feeling to know I have a plumber I can lean on that won't try to overbid a jobs needs, does solid work and his price is fair.

I had a broken stem on my firepit gas valve outside (in the concrete ground) and after having Dutton plumbing overcharge me a few years ago I was hesitant to contact a plumber thinking I would just get ripped off again.

My FIL referred Shon, he came out in a couple days and gave 2 options/pricing, one if he could simply replace the stem and another if it turned out he needed to replace the valve in the concrete.

He tried everything he could do get the broken stem out of the valve but the brass kept withering away as he was trying to turn it to get it out (I was standing there watching). He had to do a replace but not for lack of trying to do it the quicker and less expensive way first.

I wouldn't hesitate to use or refer Shon in the future.

Since I posted this I needed a plumber again. I called him back, he was on time, stuck to the quoted price, and explained everything. Cleared the issue. So I called him back a second time for preventative maintenance on my tankless water heater. It seems Rheem suggests an annual descaling, well it's been 5 years and I never did it so I called and asked how much. Again he gave me a flat rate, stuck to the price, and was on time. Since then my neighbors have called him as well, and now my coworker has a leak at her place so she too will be calling Pallan Plumbing. I recommend Pallan to everyone needing plumbing fixed or preventative maintenance done.

I had a plumbing concern with my house main that could have fallen between easy and very difficult. Being on a Friday afternoon, my concern was if it became a big problem, I may be without any house water for the entire weekend. I called Pallan Plumbing and Sean reworked his Friday schedule to stop by a help me with my issue. It turned out to be a small issue, but the peace of mind of having a professional doing the work was very relieving. He was pleasant, friendly and provided my an excellent value for a more than reasonable fee.

I have very seldom given a 5 star review...but this is one!
We called Pallan Plumbing about a loud sound coming out of our bathroom pipes. Shon returned the call in a short time...then he came over to give us an estimate.
We agreed on a time to have the work done.
Shon called to let us know the exact time he was due to arrive & he fixed the problem quickly....he even checked out a few other things.
He is very personable & friendly. We will definitely use him again whenever the need arises and also recommend him highly!
