Cheryl T.i've used for many years now. They are very professional. My call is answered with professionalism and kindness. I've never had to wait to get an appointment. When the service person arrives, they are quickly able to assess the issue and fix it. Today Hector came; I have had him several times now. He is very polite professional doesn't work and leaves the area clean. I highly value their work and their price is very reasonable. I highly recommend.
Sara D.Mario, the plumber, has been our go to guy now for years. He always is able to solve any issue. Today, he came and I had a dripping kitchen sink handle, a shower missing a handle and another shower handle that was lose. I figured Mario would maybe be able to get one of the projects done in a few hours. However, he was able to fix all 3 in under 1 hour!! I have tried other plumbers in the past and always end up paying more or not getting my issue fixed. I'll stick with Mario and Palisades Plumbing from now on!!!
Meryl H.we knew we had a shower valve problem which can be completely overwhelming to consider the diagnosis--would the tile need to be replaced after digging a tunnel to the piping? would a tiny leak be a gusher waiting to happen?!!!
Mario's expertise brought him fairly quickly to the shower head with removable cord that when hung was putting pressure on a gap in the valve that had to be resealed and secured with putty!
Of course, I can't relate this in plumbing terms, but the point is--the service was smart, solved and reasonable within an hour!
Refreshing like using our shower again with no leaking!
