From my experience, as an engineer and a fairly decent lifetime DIY'er of home renovations and one who has engaged many plumbers, I can tell you without a doubt that Mario is the best plumber I've ever worked with. He helped me find an insidious pinhole leak in a sewer line that over time ate a hole in my kitchen ceiling. I was amazed at how quickly he replaced the pipes in a cramped ceiling space. He also replaced the shower valve system in my master bath in the same day. I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you, Mario.

I came home yesterday morning to find my water heater had sprung a leak. I called Palisades Plumbing and got a real person on the line. One of their plumbers who was heading to a nearby call stopped, shut off the water heater and attached a hose to drain it. Within 2 hours a team lead by Mario was there with the new heater. Everyone was super nice and efficient. Great service.

I highly recommend Palisades Plumbing Inc. My parents had a gas leak at their property. Palisades Plumbing assisted us with finding a leak detection company. After the leaks were detected, Mario took time to come to the property to speak directly with the leak detection company and made the repairs the same day. Mario also tapped off the leaks immediately so Southern California Gas could restore service to the property and my parents could turn their heat back on. Mario was professional and friendly. He put my parents mind at ease as he completed his repairs. Thank you Mario!

I highly recommend palisades plumbing. We replaced our kitchen island top and fixtures. An expert plumber was needed for installation. Mario installed the new fixtures and replaced worn pipes and valves expertly at a reasonable price. We found our plumber.

I paid $130 for a new flapper for my toilet. $7 dollar part ( but let's say it cost $12) that took 6 minutes to put in. The gentleman was nice enough and seemed like a guy who would be trustworthy and knowledgeable, but he wasn't versed in the work I needed outside by the pool and couldn't get out of my house fast enough!! But was more than happy to come back and had me a bill for $130. I've used Palisades Plumbing before many years ago... I would definitely try someone else first unless money is NO object...then I think they be fine.

I've been dealing with a 6 month water pressure problem, that if I had used Palisades Plumbing from the 1st day I could have saved myself money and so Much frustration. Mario & Stevie came to our house after our previous plumbers walked away from the job earlier in the day. They were kind and were expert problem solvers. They also respectfully explained to me what they were going to test for and what their thoughts were as far as fixing the problem. I've lived in the Palisades for the last 35 years and have used Palisades Plumbing many times with good results. We are renting a place in the Highlands while our home is remodeled and the garbage disposal here jammed up. I call PP to make an appointment and the guy doesn't show up. I leave a message on the machine and when they call me back they have me call the plumber to see where he is. I thought this was strange to begin with. I call the guy, who is already about an hour late, and he says he can be there in about 40 mins, 'that's just how it is' or I can wait till Monday. He asks how old the unit is and I say I don't know, I'm renting the place. He goes, oh, if you're a renter will you be able to pay me? I say of course. He calls me back 20 mins later and says, my boss told me since you are a renter you will have to pay me upfront. I said, well how else would I pay you? He says it might be expensive, maybe $400 or $500, you can pay that much? I go are you kidding me right now? Why is this such a pain to get you here? He says you know what man, F**k you and hangs up on me. Of course, no one picking up at the office at this point and its the weekend so I'm left with a jammed kitchen sink my family can't use unless I pay some other plumber a weekend rate. This was one of the most bizarre and infuriating experiences I've had. Obviously will never use these guys again which is a bummer as I like using local people for work.
Moral of the story is, these guys can be good, just be careful who they try to send out to you.

Emergency Taken Care of Quickly

Woke this morning to a water leak from an upstairs bathroom that was causing damage in the living room below. Needed to resolve the matter quickly to minimize the damage. Called Palisades Plumbing and 30 minutes later Mario showed up, fixed the problem and now we are off to cleaning up or water damage but Palisades Plumbing did their part without a hitch.
