So Amazing! Very quick service, nice and professional! Extremely satisfied with their service. They were called by my landlord to fix our rental we have only had for 2 months! I knew it wasn't a problem from us as the sinks were going really slow when we moved in. They were here within 3 business hours, as it was not an emergency. They came in , and within 20 minutes problem was fixed! Thank you!!!!!

the plumber showed up to my house almost 4 hours late.
He pulled up in front of my house in a gray chevy utility truck and I watched him as he proceeded
to snort cocaine into his nose. he shows up at the front door all coked out of his mind and he was acting like a total crack head
my wife said he was acting very funny. He overcharged us and the faucets he t
repaired is still leaking right now. I will never use palisades plumbing aka John Platt plumbing ever again. :-[

I have not used this plumber, nor will I ever based on how they choose to promote their business on their company vehicle. Rather than represent their company, they choose to make derogatory comments about other local businesses (see photo.) I would not want to have such a bitter and crass contractor in my home, or around my children. I will gladly let all my friends know so they can avoid this contractor as well. Btw: I have taken my vehicles to Weseloh since 1991 and never had anything less than phenomenal customer service. My guess is that the issue was more with him than with Weseloh or Chevy!

Worst plumber ever. I believe it is a husband and wife who run the business. Very unprofessional duo. It is very possible he was on some sort of narcotic during the time he spent on our townhome in Dana Point.
The estimate given to us seemed reasonable, then after the job was completed a day later, we were forced to deal with his wife who completely changed the price and became very difficult to deal with. After many phone calls my wife was unable to deal with these people due to the frustration.
Do yourself a favor and pass Palisades Plumbing up...there are many other options out there locally.
