I'm updating my review to 5 stars because Robert the owner is a Rockstar! His customer service is excellent. After seeing that I was slightly unhappy that a smaller water heater was put in, he called me and asked to make it right! So he came and put in a water heater booster that will basically double the hot water, on his own dime.

A pipe in my house broke while trying to change out the kitchen sink faucet due to the pipes are pcvc. My house is about 20 years old and these pipes become very brittle after time. I called them in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in the afternoon. Everyone that I spoke to was so professional. They text me to confirm the appointment and then gave me courtesy call that they were on their way. Terry was so friendly and pleasant and was able to address my issue in a matter of a couple of hours. I would use them again. They are licensed and insured. GREAT SERVICE which is key to a happy customer.

Palette Plumbing was among one of the quickest responding companies to get back to me about a clogged toilet. They were out of appointments that day but still managed to squeeze me in which I was very appreciative of. We were given a very reasonable quote for the issue and scheduled an appoint for the next day. I was highly impressed with the professionalism of our technician along with how personable he was. We would have gotten the work done but our landlord came by and fixed the issue himself. Our technician even texted us a few days later just to make sure our toilet was still running and in good condition. We really appreciated the genuine care and follow up.

I had an old shower panel that finally need replacing after 12 years. After purchasing a new one off Amazon (where else?) a plumber from Palette and gave me a free estimate. I knew how long it took to install the first one (a couple of hours) so I thought the initial estimate was too high. I made a counter offer, Palette accepted and two hours later I had a new rain shower with jets. No hassle, no bullshit. They even followed up a week later to see if I was happy. I'll definitely use Palette again.
