Palecek Plumbing is amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. He was efficient, professional, kind, on time and he really knows what he is doing. And a very fair price. Don't hesitate to use Palecek plumbing. I know I'll call them again when I have a plumbing need. (I pray I won't have any issues anytime soon.) But it's nice to know I have a trustworthy plumber to call.

Jim Palecek's service was excellent! He did a great job in the timely manner. While he came to do the annual maintenance for the water heater, which we bought from them previously for a lot less than other was offering, he changed the cartridges in the faucets and charged us only for the labor which was very kind of him. We strongly recommend their services!

Jim and his son Justin go out of their way to be sure we are happy every time they come out. They did the entire plumbing for our new home, and then cheerfully returned to tweek a few items. They are professional, friendly, they clean up after, and they are reasonably priced for the high level of work performed. They don't always take on new clients as they are already pretty busy, but if you can get them, hold on to them!!!

THE GOOD: The owner is a real stan-up guy. Knows his stuff and is very personable. THE BAD: His staff leaves much to be desired. We had them out to service our system and the workers had little interest in answering any questions, but instead chatted up and texted on their cell phones half the time. THE RESULT: Great price for the service we got, but next time I'll be looking for someone who values my business as well as replies back in a timely manner and wants to build a long-term service relationship.

Very honest, professional and reliable. Jim Palecek and his workers Andreas and Jorge really know their stuff. These guys are best at installing all the copper plumbing on a new home or for a remodel. I would use them again.

I had Palecek Plumbing out to fix a cracked washer seat that wouldn't stop leaking. I had tried to fix it and striped the threads. Not only were they able to get the old washer out, they correctly identified it as a an older model that no longer made parts. They filed the crack off the washer so the faucet wouldn't leak, got the water turned back on, special ordered new washers, and returned a week later with the new washers. I was amazed at their knowledge and experience. Price was reasonable and worth every penny.

Here is my experience with Palecek Plumbing: I had a new bathroom installed in my house and because of that, I needed permits from the city I live in. Before the city would grant the permits, I needed a main sewer line inspection with the results turned in to the city. Palecek Plumbing came to do the job and snaked the line with a camera and completed the video of my sewer line. $300. They took nearly 3 weeks to turn the information in to the city holding up further construction of my project for that amount of time. Finally I had to call them every day for 3 days to ensure the information made it to the city. Next week, the city said they would not grant the permits until some roots were removed from my line. Palecek Plumbing came out to snake out the line and remove the roots. $500. After 4 days the city got a copy of the new video of my sewer line. The city then said that the roots were not sufficiently removed and would not grant the permits until the sewer line was clear of the roots. Palecek Plumbing came out again and dug up the area of my front yard where the problem was and replaced a section of pipe. $330. In the process, they dumped something on my concrete driveway that won't wash off. Oil or something. They denied doing it, but they were the only people parked in my driveway. The stain is about 3 feet long and still there to this day. Booo.
