My name is Eric Palacios, and I’ve been working in the trades since I turned 18, handling a variety of projects from drywall to flooring. I gained valuable experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing while working for a local company in Phoenix, where I was a lead installer in HVAC, as well as an electrician and plumber. In my experience with a larger company, I realized that many service providers have steep costs. It was frustrating to witness enthusiastic clients unable to accept proposals due to excessive costs. There is a clear need for affordable home repairs and remodeling, but the number of experienced tradespeople is limited. I decided to transition from part-time work to officially launching my own business. I aim to deliver exceptional quality work to you, the client, at an affordable rate.

I’ve been involved in the trades since I turned 18, but I’ve always enjoyed hands-on work. I started by assisting friends and family with minor projects such as sink installations and TV mounting. In my four years at a company focused on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, I developed considerable expertise. In my role as an HVAC technician, I performed roof repairs during rooftop unit installations. I gained knowledge in drywall, flooring, and tiling from a mentor who has been in the trades for over two decades. His guidance equipped me with the skills I have now. For me, this isn’t just a job or a paycheck; it’s my profession and my way of life. I hold myself to a high standard, and I believe the bar for the trades is set too low. I am here to elevate that standard, and to make sure that every project my team works on provides a new outlook on contractors.
