I’m Eric Palacios, and I’ve been in the trades since I was 18, taking on projects ranging from drywall installation to flooring. I gained valuable experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing while working for a local company in Phoenix, where I was a lead installer in HVAC, as well as an electrician and plumber. In my experience with a larger company, I realized that many service providers have steep costs. It was disappointing when excited clients couldn’t move forward because of high quotes. There is a significant need for cost-effective household repairs and remodeling, but the number of experienced tradespeople is limited. I resolved to move from part-time work to establishing my own company. I aim to deliver exceptional quality work to you, the client, at an affordable rate.

Since I was 18, I’ve been in the trades, but my passion for hands-on work goes back even further. I began by helping friends and family with small tasks like installing sinks and hanging TVs. During my four years at a company specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, I acquired a wealth of experience. While working as an HVAC technician, I took care of roof repairs when installing rooftop units. I gained knowledge in drywall, flooring, and tiling from a mentor who has been in the trades for over two decades. His mentorship gave me the expertise I carry today. This is more than just a job or a paycheck for me; it’s my vocation and my means of living. I have a strong standard for my work, and I think the expectations in the trades are insufficient. I aim to raise that bar, and to ensure that every project my team undertakes offers a fresh perspective on contractors.
