I’m Eric Palacios, and I’ve been in the trades since I was 18, taking on projects ranging from drywall installation to flooring. I acquired extensive experience in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work while working for a local company in Phoenix, where I served as a lead HVAC installer, electrician, and plumber. In my experience with a larger company, I realized that many service providers have steep costs. It was frustrating to witness enthusiastic clients unable to accept proposals due to excessive costs. The demand for reasonably priced home repairs and renovations is evident, but the number of experienced tradespeople is limited. I made the choice to shift from part-time projects to starting my own business. The main objective of my business is to offer you high-quality craftsmanship without breaking the bank.

Since I was 18, I’ve been in the trades, but my passion for hands-on work goes back even further. I started by assisting friends and family with minor projects such as sink installations and TV mounting. Over four years at an HVAC/plumbing/electrical company, I gained significant experience. As an HVAC technician, I also handled roof repairs while installing rooftop units. A mentor with more than 20 years of experience taught me about drywall, flooring, and tiling. He provided me with the skills I possess today. To me, this is not merely a job or a paycheck; it’s my profession and my way of life. I have a strong standard for my work, and I think the expectations in the trades are insufficient. I aim to raise that bar, and to ensure that every project my team undertakes offers a fresh perspective on contractors.
