On April 9th at 0747 I called for service re: no heat in my house.
I had my heat back on and working by 09:44 am. I highly recommend this business. I've had work done in the past, such as changing kitchen and bathroom sink faucets also had a tankless water heater installed.

The owner Jim is a loose cannon with a bad temper. His employee smoked in my house while he was working. They charge by the hour and take their sweet time. I had to pay for the time the worker used to take a long coffee break. The clock is still running if they leave to go buy parts at the hardware store and I had to pay for this also.

Poor workmanship, I had to hire another plumber to fix the mistakes Pal Mac made.

Their prices are high, They quote a good price to get the job and give you bill at the end that is much higher.

Used Pal-Mac on a non-emergency basis and they were quick to respond. Then comes a Saturday afternoon and I have water coming out of pipes in basement. Do you think I could even get a call back? No. Guess I learned a hard lesson.

Followup: While I waited in vain for that Saturday call back that never came, I did have Pal-Mac show up at my door early Sunday morning. I had shut off the water to reduce future damage on Saturday. Pal-Mac diagnosed the problem, shut off the water to the offending appliance, restored water to the rest of the house. They did not have the needed parts to finish the repair on a Sunday, but came back Monday afternoon and completed the work.

I expected a whopping bill since I had made a weekend call and they made a weekend visit, but was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the work was!
