Javier with Paiz Plumbing is one of those rare professionals who know their job, take pride in their work, and do so while caring about their customers. I called Javier after noticing that our driveway drains were backing up, forming pools of water in the driveway. Over the course of the next few days, Javier diagnosed several crushed and root-infested sections of our drain pipes, dug them out, and properly repaired them. He was communicative and transparent throughout the process. He also brought an electrician out to see why our sump pump had stopped working during his work. The electrician was also professional and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend Javier and Paiz Plumbing for your plumbing needs. He knows what he's doing, is wonderful to work with, is transparent, is communicative, and is on time. Thank you, Javier!

This is the second time we've gone with Javier from Paiz Plumbing. Both times to replace galvinized pipe that was old and corroded.

Javier was really helpful in responding same-day to help give us an estimate. He provided multiple options and prices based on extent of the job, and explained which one he recommended based on our situation. It was really helpful, because as somebody who is not a plumber, it made me feel like I could make an informed decision. Scheduled our job two days later, and worked hard to make sure it would work. Javier showed us videos of the completed job, and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Would definitely recommend.

First, I purchased a new Toto toilet from Home Depot. The installer who came to install it told me that 50% of all Toto toilets delivered from Home Depot arrive broken. He opened up the box and lo and behold it was indeed a broken Toto toilet.

So...I went to Lowes, purchased an American Standard toilet with installation. Javier called me from Paiz Plumbing the day of the installation and it took him only about 45 minutes to take out the old toilet and install the new one. Javier was great, clean and fast. I recommended Paiz plumbing.

Javier is very professional. He is responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, and doesn't disappear on you like many other service providers, if there is an issue.

He's fixed a lot of plumbing issues at our house in the last two months, including one that AJ Bono Plumbing could not after looking at it three times over a 5 week period. On one occasion he worked over a weekend late into the evening to make sure we got running water as soon as possible. He really cares about his customers.

Bad experience with Javiar from Paiz Plumbing, he did a very poor job to fix a leak external to the house and his workmanship caused more issued, When I contacted him to fix these issues within 5 hours of the original issue, he said he can come only after 2 days since he was paid for the job, very unprofessional and would advice not to use his services.

Our toilet used to be a gangster flusher and all the sudden the flushing pressure went from 60 to 0 so I assumed one of my kids put a toy inside. My sister recommended Javier and he came over to check it out. After bringing in some tools and trying for 20 minutes, he was unable to get the mystery object out. He was so kind because he told me that he wasn't going to charge me because he couldn't solve the problem today. Having three children makes me somewhat of a poo professional so I did not shy away from this challenge. After he left, I stuck my skinny hand into the toilet and felt around for the mystery object. I was able to dislodge the culprit, which was a wooden hamburger bun toy. I immediately texted Javier a picture of the toy and he hired me as his apprentice. All my life, I thought my long skinny fingers were meant for the piano, but Javier has made me realize that the opportunities are endless. Seriously though, Javier was great, and I will absolutely be calling him for my inevitable future plumbing problems.
