Mike was very prompt to respond to my inquiry when we needed to figure out where the main pipeline was broken. It turned out it was a sewer line issue which caused me a lot of headaches.

Mike was helpful to explain the situation with the sewer problem. After his diagnosis, I had called around but the other plumbing companies didn't seem to fully grasp the issue the way Mike did.

After the job was done, Mike made sure to clean up properly and left the work space immaculate.

I recommend Paisley Plumbing without the slightest hesitation. Mike Paisley, the owner, is quite personable, very knowledgeable, extremely professional and offers quality work. Paisley Plumbing did some smaller jobs at my house before I contracted for a total re-plumbing and installation of a tankless water heater. My house involved a laundry room, three bathrooms, and kitchen. I was very impressed with the selection of materials and thoroughness of the work. He explained the process and his reasons for selecting the tankless water heater brand. Apparently, some supply houses push a different inferior brand because they make a larger profit. Mike is meticulous in doing quality work and reflects a lot of pride in his work. You can't go wrong with Paisley Plumbing because this company does the job right and stands behind the work.

Great service and cool guy. I had a complicated problem with my heater and he solved the puzzle. He's informative and will explain what he's doing. I like that because I prefer to know what was wrong and how it was fixed as opposed to having it fixed and not knowing what caused the issue in the first place. Also, he's the type of person who puts quality in his work. Takes a bit of time to get it right instead of a hurried repair and taking off. He even cleaned up some left over mess from his repair. I'd recommend him to my friends or family.
