Mike Paisley, the owner of Paisley plumbing, attempted to unclog my kitchen sink. Unfortunately he was not able to clear the clog and said that he would have to remove the garbage disposal to do so and it would cost an additional $375. So the total cost to clear this clog in my kitchen sink would be $625. I thought this was outrageous to fix a simple clog in a sink so I said I did not want him to do it. I still had to pay $250 for the visit and still had a clogged sink. I was not happy about this and said that I would be sure to write this in a review. Mike's responded with a threat telling I better not mess with his business he knows where I live. And after he left he continue to send text to my phone over the course of the next hour and a total of 12 text. This was incredibly unprofessional and threatening to a female alone in her home! FYI- I had another plumber come the next day and fix the problem without removing the garbage disposal for $129. This is very unfortunate because the plumbers that work for him have done several jobs at my house, and did a fantastic job, and we're very professional.

I have had recent customers reach out to me on yelp and have the same comments about Mike Paisley. He has not worked well with them, and has continuously threatened and harassed his customers. See pictures. His text messages explains everything. I never ever expected any free services. I just was never advised there was a $250 service fee. I was genuinely looking to support local businesses as I am a Sunset Beach resident and have lived here for 30 years and love to support and be a part of the community. This community does not need businesses like this. The unprofessional threatening people need to go elsewhere. I will not be bullied or called vulgar names in order to take down my review. This is an honest review of my experience. I had to block. Mr. Paisley's number due to all the threats and vulgar comments he made illustrated in the pictures attached to this review.

Mike and his employees are professional, thorough, and friendly. I appreciate that they explain, in detail, what they are doing and why they're doing it. They also showed me the bad parts, and explained why they were bad. Speaking from experience, it's best to get the right plumber the ""first"" time!! If you get the wrong plumber... it will cost you! Had issues with my plumbing so I called Paisleys. They came and rescheduled on me twice and I should have went with someone else right then but I gave them a shot and when they showed up; they not only charged me double what they quoted but a week later the pipes are still leaking. There's plenty of other companies that can actually do what they say they do. Don't go with this company.
