I have had recent customers reach out to me on yelp and have the same comments about Mike Paisley. He has not worked well with them, and has continuously threatened and harassed his customers. See pictures. His text messages explains everything. I never ever expected any free services. I just was never advised there was a $250 service fee. I was genuinely looking to support local businesses as I am a Sunset Beach resident and have lived here for 30 years and love to support and be a part of the community. This community does not need businesses like this. The unprofessional threatening people need to go elsewhere. I will not be bullied or called vulgar names in order to take down my review. This is an honest review of my experience. I had to block. Mr. Paisley's number due to all the threats and vulgar comments he made illustrated in the pictures attached to this review.

Mike and his employees are professional, thorough, and friendly. I appreciate that they explain, in detail, what they are doing and why they're doing it. They also showed me the bad parts, and explained why they were bad. Speaking from experience, it's best to get the right plumber the ""first"" time!! If you get the wrong plumber... it will cost you! Had issues with my plumbing so I called Paisleys. They came and rescheduled on me twice and I should have went with someone else right then but I gave them a shot and when they showed up; they not only charged me double what they quoted but a week later the pipes are still leaking. There's plenty of other companies that can actually do what they say they do. Don't go with this company.

On New Years Eve day a downstairs toilet and shower overflowed and flooded the area. I called about 7 different companies until I found Mike at Paisley. He agreed to come over and he worked hard to fix our problem. So nice, honest and professional!

Paisley's Plumbing kept me out of the dog house after I attempted to install a kitchen faucet, resulting in a mini flood. Paisley was prompt in their response, corrected my plumbing errors in minimal time, cleaned up with a gratis drain purge and even ""smelled good"". Call 'em... they're local!
