Matthew S.The owner of this business is giving himself five star reviews, competitors one star reviews, and threatening lawsuits when he receives reviews he does not like. He's also attempting to circumvent Yelp's block feature by sending me argumentative "compliments" because I told him I would not be a party to a conversation online with someone threatening frivolous lawsuits. He seems to be a paranoid delusional, or, at the very least, has the constitution and maturity of a seven year-old-boy given his reaction (threatening me with a lawsuit) over a 3-star review. My opinion, of course, but he may be dangerous to others.
All this because I gave him a 3-star review with several concerns about the quality of their customer service and the level of professionalism (or lack of professionalism) one must have to leave one star reviews on all of his competitors pages (search Yelp for "A&V Plumbing" "Bell Plumbing" "Rubio Septic", etc. Search Google for others.
