Nope Jami, everyone else was correct! Their office never called me for a time after lowes called them at 1130am to get an Early afternoon appointment , lowes called right back and said expect a call. Never came. Called at 1215 and 1230, voicemail, never called me back. Finally I got a hold of her at 115pm, she says won't be there till 3 to 5pm. 5pm comes and installers haven't even picked up water heater from lowes yet. Jordan, lowes store manager, says they are in store picking up items at 515pm and they be at my house in 10 minutes. I live 1.6 miles away. Finally arrived at 6:30pm. Guy installs heater, has me sign papers and as he walks to his truck he says ""Lowes didn't sell you a drain pan, you won't pass your inspection"". REALLY!! AFTER you install the water heater?!!? So I call Lowes in the morning and they resend pain in the pipe at 330pm that day, guy knocks on door, I open it, he just points at garage door and walks back to truck. Open door, they remove heater, install pan and replace heater. Guy knocks on door, I open, he says ""It's done"" and walks away. No one at Pin in the Pipe cares about YOU the customer. And shame on LOWES for keeping this horrible contractor.

I'm seeing a lot of low rating for Pain in the Pipe and my experience with them was so far from a one star rating I was compelled to put my review up.
I live in a 10 story condo building close to the strip and the whole building is being re-piped. It's a huge job and they are expected to be here for over a year. To cut the cost down for us all the tenants in the building have agreed to be present and stay in their units while the work is being done. I have to say I was a bit nervous about that only because I work in construction so I'm aware of all the chaos that goes on during a job. Mine was the first unit that they worked on. On the day before the work was contracted to start the owners of the company and crew came in to explain everything that was gonna happen and said if I had any questions or problems not to hesitate to let him know directly. The next day, right on schedule, as they worked I stayed in my unit. The work would continue for the next 3 days. The noise was bearable, the traffic through my unit was limited and the guys working were pleasant, informative and went out of there way to make sure the experience wasn't a complete nightmare. I've had a couple plumbing problems while they have been working on the units above me but they were taken care of immediately, one of the times being on a Sunday at 8:30pm. These guys will be here for a year going from unit to unit giving us new plumbing and from what I have experienced, seen and heard from other tenants... so far this company has gone above and beyond.. 5 star service all the way.

Should be zero stars. Had them out through Lowe's for a simple sink hook up and to fix a bathtub leak. They seemed really annoyed to have to come out to the far northwest...they were rude...they did the job but the second sink was delayed so they said they'd come out the next day. The next day they said they wouldn't come out until some later time. The jobs were simple, so what they did was OK but they weren't at all concerned or interested in coming back to finish. Pain in the Ass Plumbing would be a more appropriate name for the company.

I've hired Pain In The Pump several times. I originally became familiar with them after they installed a water heater from Lowes. I have hired them to do additional work for both my home and office. They were prompt, showed courtesy and consideration as well as a solid knowledge of the work they were hired to do. I would absolutely recommend them.

Awful. They came out to install my water heater purchase from Lowes. Lowes contracts them out, which is a horrible business decision on their part. They I stalled the water heater, and our water pressure went down. Also, when taking a shower, if another hot water source is turned on, it goes down to a drip. We never had this issue before the new water heater was installed. I called Lowes. The owner of Pain in the Pipe, Mike, came out. I showed him the issue with the shower. He and another man went into the garage. They came back a minute later to say it was the water softener. If that were the case, why is the cold water pressure okay? He said he was 99% sure that was the problem, otherwise I need a new regulator that is very costly. I called the water softener company to service our equipment. I told them the issue since the water heater install. The water softener service man went over to check the work done on the water heater, apparently they didn't open the valves leading into the house all the way. It was as simple as that. I wouldn't trust Pain in the Pipe to do anything. If the owner couldn't figure that out, but suggested I need a very expensive further repair, I am perfectly aware of their scam. Beware. Lowes is not smart to be doing business with them either.

If I had an option to give zero stars I would. Was quoted a 2p-6p install for a water heater. Was called at 4:30 to say they had to push back estimated time from 6p-8p. Got another call at 7:30p from tech saying he would be there by 9p. At 9:30 my husband called the tech asking what his eta was. He said he had just finished his last job. Didn't even give us a courtesy call. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received by any type of establishment. Not to mention they charge $500+ for installation.

.......................DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE......they were sent to my house from Lowes to replace water heater. before they came we had a pvc pipe break, we asked them if they could fix it and I was willing to pay for the repair, they said they could not repair, they only do installs, and this is a professional plumber company that cant to a simple pipe repair. so they said they could not do it and left...they were rude ppl and not professional at all..i will be contacting the BBB on there. I told lowes and lowes said that they were dropping them from there install list of plumbers...SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM....

Steer Away!!
Sent them to attend a clogged pipe, they ended up perforating (making a hole) in the pipe, which flooded the downstairs. they just packed up their stuff and left. called them several times. No answer. Damage is such that property owner will have to file a law suit against them.
STEER AWAY!!!!

This company was called to fix a problem at my home by a home warranty company. They walked in and fliped a switch and was done in less that 15 seconds. Pain inthe Pipe wanted to charge me 60 dollars for the call. When I complained to the manager Pain in the Pipe manager said that she understood and would not charge me anything for the call.. I felt bad so i gave them 20 for the call. A couple weeks later I recieved a bill for the call because Pain in the Pipe charged the Home warranty company. In my opinion this company like many Vegas companies have poor ethical practices and I would not use them if you can avoid it.

With my house now approaching its 10 year anniversary, I've had to repair and replace many units due to normal wear and tear or because the units that were originally installed in the house were no longer as efficient. It's always a pleasure when technicians show up on time, complete the work on time and have great customer service skills. They provided great service and offer competitive pricing!
