You guys I hate making phone calls. When I request estimates from businesses on Yelp and I get a response ""give us a call to discuss,"" I hate it! I would have called to begin with if that's what I wanted to do. Thankfully, Pagni Maintenance made it suuuuper easy to arrange everything online. Yay!

Allan was available to come out like a week after my initial request - a-ok because it was all stuff I have been living with for months, or years (ugh!). He arrived promptly and we went over all the projects (though I added some as we went) and then he dove right in, easily fixing things that have been driving me nuts - like, all the strike plates on my doors were misaligned somehow and wouldn't close all the way. Fixed! My kitchen sink faucet moved around when I used it...fixed! A cabinet came off its hinge, I needed a motion sensor light installed outside and a coat rack hung inside, and most importantly - a leaking shed roof.

I was expecting just an estimate for the shed, which I assumed would be a giant project and really expensive. Allan climbed right up on top and determined I may not need a new roof. He re-sealed it in a bunch of places, including around some weird sky lights the previous owner put in. If it doesn't work, he'll put a new roof on, but I love trying something less expensive first. If it works, it works!

I also asked about another project and he couldn't help with that, but told me who to call. I love that he didn't just pretend he could do it and take my money. Cost was super reasonable, Allan is an expert who worked efficiently and cleanly and it was a great experience!

I originally hired Pagni Maintenance & Repair to rebuild a broken gate. Alan was able to come by quickly, provided an estimate and completed the work as promised. Not only was the quality of work exceptional but I greatly appreciate someone that shows up on time. Very personable and a pleasure to just talk with. He was willing to look at some other issue when he was done at no extra charge. It's just who he is.

I was so impressed with his work that I hired Alan a second time to help with a tricky bathroom drain installation. Even though the work ended up being more than what I could adequately describe, Alan not only completed the work but insisted that he charge the original quoted price (which was unfair given it was my fault that he didn't have all the information about the fix that ended up taking longer than expected). The level of integrity and character demonstrated is perhaps only matched by the high level of quality in the work.

I can recommend Pagni Maintenance & Repair without any hesitation and know who I am calling should I need help with other projects or repairs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Don't hesitate to call them if you need work done. You won't regret it.

We just moved into a newly constructed home, and are so thankful to have had the help of this handyman service. Allen and Cain were incredibly helpful, hard working, knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable.
They were here three separate days, and were consistent in their work ethic and ability. I have already booked them to come back for several more projects. They installed four TV mounts, installed the televisions, and ran the cords through the sheetrock. They installed five garage ceiling racks, and attached five bookcases to a wall for me. It can be so stressful moving, and these guys made a hugely positive difference. Ann was also very prompt and accommodating with ease of billing and scheduling.
