We have had Pagel Services do so much work for us in the several years that we've owned our home and we've been very happy with the work they've done! We won't call out anyone else.

We've always been impressed with their honest feedback on jobs we want to do, honest input on what to expect on urgent projects, and their attention to detail- like noticing out water main was on the verge of failing when no one else noticed/mentioned it! Sean is always easy to talk to and is very responsive when we have a need.

Some things we've had done:

Plumbing:
Water main completely redone as it was corroded and about to fail, luckily Sean caught it right away! He was quick to repair it (we had an infant at the time) as to keep the amount of time without water down. He reconfigured the entire station to be more efficient, installed a pressure regulator, and did everything with copper to withstand the elements and time. Sean also installed a new sink and garbage disposal for us, which we love! Recently Jay and John installed a tankless hot water heater for us. They did an outstanding job with installation and even fixed the wall where our old tank hot water heater was so that they could install a wash basin and have everything look beautiful! We have also had them out for snaking plumbing lines after a clog. They detailed what they thought to be the problem and thoroughly explained our options and what costs we might incur with each. They've also installed new shower heads and a bidet for us, even tackling the old caulking and getting it looking brand new for us again! Lastly, we had a rather odd irrigation hookup that needed to be fixed and we didn't know where to start. They were able to get it fixed in a way that makes so much more sense now and doesn't risk water from the house being shut off if there is an irrigation issue.

HVAC:
We had them completely move an HVAC unit from a closet in our home to up in the attic space (no easy task!). It was wonderful that they were able to also accurately install the ducting with proper calculations so that the home is cooled/heated EVENLY. Jay, with the help of John, were able to accurately determine the needs of each room. One of the big name companies installed our unit initially, so you think they would have done that but they absolutely didn't; you could be cold in one room and warm in another. Jay was able to eliminate that issue entirely and we are so happy with all the hard work they put in! They were very thoughtful about the time we would have without AC as a result and made sure to work as efficiently as possible to keep that time to a minimum. Lastly, its not done yet, but they are currently helping us with another project involving a split system. We are so thankful for their input on what would be most efficient for our situation and I'm sure the work, as always will be great!

We feel that Pagel Services has fair pricing and is committed to the happiness of their customers. Being fairly new to the area, we are so thankful for a company we can trust and depend on when we need help!

We had a minor issue with our tankless water heater that has been in the house over 10 years. I called Pagel Service over the weekend and Sean, the owner, got right back to me and we were able to get on the schedule for Wednesday.

The crew, Jay(lead) and John showed up as scheduled, identified the issue with the tankless heater and had it running in about 10 minutes. Great technicians!! I had them do an AC service as well to get us ready for a warm summer. Great job Team Pagel and thanks for the great service.

I texted Sean Pagel over the weekend and he responded immediately. 2 days later Caleb showed up, early mind you, and jumped right on the R&R of my A/C unit. When we fired it up to test it, it was making a sound I had never heard ( vibration). He pulled the blower motor and reset it and the sound went away. I was not charged for that even though it added another hour to the work on my system. I have used this company for many years with zero issues and will continue to do do so. I have referred these guys to many friends and they all have been completely satisfied with the outcome of their endeavors.

Not very often I would write a review for plumbing services but after my experience with them I just feel compelled to. Sean the owner is a straight shooter. He is honest, personable, and I trust him. His crew Jay and Caleb are hard working, go an extra mile to get it right. These guys are so highly recommended.

I had a hot water slab leak. The company owner personally came and diagnosed the problem. The technician's came and did a pex re-route of the line. The work was efficient and very well done. During the work they discovered a very small leak after dry way was removed and for a small amount also fixed that issue that could have been very costly if not caught. The work was done in a clean and timely manner. They explained everything very well and best of all it was way less than what a bigger company was charging me.
I was so satisfied I am also thinking of doing HVAC with the company.

I think customer service is poor with no empathy at the reality of my issue #1.
I feel like if I was a man I would've already had my one year service. I don't care for the communication at all. And getting hung up on because I used the f word regarding my thermostat?that I've been dealing with since the beginning 2018. My house is 62 degrees inside my home / 45 degrees outside. I am not valuable anymore. I am Irritated because my thermostat decides not to work every few months and I'm a nuisance customer since my unit is pd for.
