I forgot to post my 5 star review about the emergency service that Nick and Josh(?) provided for us yesterday. They came out to save us from an overflowing and leaking toilet. They quickly and professionally cleared the clogged drain and replaced a broken flange and wax ring. Again thank you guys for your dedication and hard work!
what a horrible company they install Water heater with warranty, used steel connectors/fittings on copper lines it is leaking and now they will not fix there mistake. Also when my wife called the lady accused my wife of tampering with the water heater without even trying to schedule or come out and check on the water heater. The place is a complete joke and Bunch of liars do not trust Them to do anything to your house or believe them on there warranty's
This company started off well until it was time for them to actually show. The appt time was for 1:30-2:30pm and then we received a message sometime shortly after 1pm saying the plumber was on their way ( wasn't sure if this was automated or actually sent by the office). So we kept an eye out because we wanted to put our dog away before they came in the house and before she knew someone was there and I see the truck slowly creep by our house right about 1:30 but then never came back. We called the office to see what was up about 2pm, the woman who answered said she would call us back in about 10 mins while she found out the plumbers location. We didn't get a call back until 2:45pm! When they did call, the guy went back to the office, said he had issues with his phone (ok, that happens) and now needed to rescheduled because he had other appts. He wanted to come back at 2pm the following day. We said no and found someone else. I understand things happen but as a professional business, they really didn't try to fix their mistake. We should have been informed a lot sooner, the guy should have went back to the office and got our address again or even had it with him to verify instead of relying on technology or something, anything to show that they care to have you as a future customer. No effort was made to rectify the situation
I had PAE Plumbing service our rental home in Lansing. The service reps (they normally send two) were on time, professional, and completed the work quickly. I'm happy to recommend PAE Plumbing.
Dayanara R.Last month was the second time they came to our house--I believe the first time was in 2020 to install new sinks and faucets. This time, it was a new faucet set for a bathtub and they were quick, efficient and did excellent work. The only reason they're getting four stars (or maybe 3¾...not sure how to rate this) is that somebody wasn't quite paying attention and hooked up the wrong water lines to the wrong handles. If it was more frequently used, I'd probably give them a lower rating, but that tub has always filled so slowly that it's long been delegated to ""utility"" status (i.e. used for filling humidifiers and that sort of thing)--we didn't even notice the problem for a month!
Kind of hard to fault them for such a little problem!
What a joke! The owners solution to fixing a tub problem and a subpump plumbing issue is to take out all the PVC in my basement. What.... Won't even give me an itemized so I can do it as I can afford it. Nope $2250 that's how much for the entire thing. No you're not taking out all my good Pvc thank you. I got a plumber I could trust they told me the same thing you did and fixed the tub for $100. Dont take advantage of people.
