If i can give no stars i would
Contractor who we hired had padilla
The owner Cesar was as bad as his workers
Nit sure the workers are liscenced

#1 they installed my sink and the vanity flooded
# 2 they put the faucets on crooked
# 3 this is the best of all, when putting in my saddle they put there equipment on it and chipped it
#4 gets better. Had the shower faucet that turns the water on. The part according to the plumber was not in the box so Why put it in ass backwards which they did lol. When I confronted Cesar he was like am sorry
Dont waste your time and money
Never hire these people

I rarely write any reviews but I hope to warn others that the service by this company is very poor. I had a water heater installed (cost was higher than other bids but I wanted to support local company and he was recommended by painter).
The water heater simply did not heat water and he kept gaslighting me that it was fine. I finally insisted that he replace it with one that provided enough hot water to take a bath and shortly after the second unit was installed, I started hearing a loud banging noise when I turned on my kitchen sink.
At this point I called another plumber whom I had used in the past who explained that the new pipes were not properly anchored and there was a portion missing which made this unit a code violation and could lead to leaks. Of course, I paid the other plumber to fix the pipes and make sure that the heater was up to code.
When I explained this to Padilla, he tried to deny any wrongdoing and then informed me that it would have cost extra to install the part that is required.
I wish that I had gone with the reputable plumber in the first place and obviously, would never again use or recommend Padillas Plumbing.

The positive ... very responsive, workers were nice.

They did an ok job. My bathroom was left filthy with dirt and grime and finger prints all over including the toilet seat and the walls. I will need to full out deep clean. They also cracked/chipped some of the porcelain in the sink. I did look before they left, but I didn't notice this at the time. My bad.

1 stars because they absolutely ripped me off. They charge unfair prices (2-3x what ANY plumber in the area would charge) and are not upfront about these charges before doing the work. They charged me unfairly because they felt they could because of my zip code.

Next time I will give my business to a more honest company. It's very sad and stupid to run a business this way because you won't get repeat customers. They left a half hour ago, and I have already texted half my phone book to never use them. Bad business.

We hired Ceasar and his team for a bathroom remodel and ended up firing him. Its been a week and the demo wasn't even finished. Said it was difficult to remove a bathtub that is still there. For 3 days labor of demo he charged me 2,500 which is insane. He hires day labors that did the work which makes me believe he paid them maybe 500 and pocketed the 2,000. He cut out all of our copper and said we should use Pex. Which doesn't make any sense. He might be okay to unclog a toilet but I would not hire him for any type of actual plumbing or carpentry work.

Install toilet seal
I am very disappointed with the service I received. Padillas installed a brand new toilet for me and after 1 year the gasket needed to be replaced as it started leaking on my neighbor downstairs. Padillas returned to fix the toilet and charged me $100 to fix their own faulty work.

It is now less than a year again and the toilet has started leaking once again. I hired a different plumber who advised me that the toilet was installed poorly.

Please be wary of hiring these people to do an work in your home.
