We had an issue with a shower that didn't have very much pressure. Another plumber told us the cartridge needed to be changed due to a possible obstruction and gave us a quote of $280. That plumber never even pulled apart the faucet or did an inspection other than turning the water on. The quote seemed really high and we felt like we were getting gouged so we called Padilla Plumbing.

Eric from Padilla came to the house and inspected the situation, took apart the faucet, and discovered that the valves weren't completely open. Problem solved! A simple fix that only cost us $100!

Going forward, we now have a new plumber that is thorough and acts with integrity! I very highly recommend Padilla Plumbing and will refer them without any reservation to anyone who needs a great plumber!

Eric is just brilliant. He fixed a problem with our main sewer line that previously five different plumbers (some very experienced) could not catch. I was getting frantic calls from my tenants every month that all the sinks and bathtubs were backing up. Every plumber I called (some in an emergency) would tell me it was a routing clog and that the tenants are using too much paper or using the wrong kind of paper or flushing things they are not supposed to.

I had got Eric's number from a recommendation on Nextdoor. When I called him and explained this issue, he offered to come by and take a look for free. He wanted to take it upon as challenge.

Incidentally, the main sewer back up issue happened shortly thereafter again. The tenants sent me a video message at 2 am in the morning showing how the whole bedroom was flooded. I called Eric at 7 am and he personally got to the house by 9 am and unclogged the main. He then went back and got his video camera to take a look as he had promised. His diagnosis was that there was a small opening in the main line that was letting roots in. The opening was in a joint where the main line dipped slightly. I was surprised as two different plumbers had sent a camera down before and they assured us that the pipes were fine and there was nothing to fix. He quoted a very reasonable amount for fixing the issue, that included the cost of clearing the clog earlier in the day and running a camera through.

Its been 3 months now and I can truly say the problem has been fixed. Tenants are happy and I can sleep better at night. Padilla plumbing are not only skilled, but they are trustworthy and they take initiative. I am recommending them to everyone who asks and they will definitely have my business for life.

I had a wonderful experience! Originally, another plumbing company was dispatched from my home warranty company. They were unable to clear my kitchen sink obstruction. I was very upset. I called Padilla and spoke to Eric. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He sent a plumber named Juan that has been with Padillla for over 25 years. He was able to clear the stoppage. The attention to detail was incredible. He prepped the area under the sink and the tile adjacent to the sink with a plastic tarp and towels to avoid any water leakage. Unlike the original warranty plumber that made a mess and left water drippings under my sink. He took his time, didn't rush to get to his next job and the problem was resolved. Highly recommend!! In fact, my warranty company reimbursed me since Padilla was able to resolve the issue. A++++

These guys are the absolute best!! We had trouble with our tankless water heater and no one else services them! Eric was very persistent (on a SUNDAY even!) and figured out what was going on. He used the local rep for our brand to get a replacement water heater covered under warranty. Price was very reasonable considering he came out 3 different times! I highly recommend Padilla Plumbers!

I requested a few quotes from a few plumbers on Friday. Padilla plumbing was the first to reply. I let him know that the shower faucet was old and was leaking a lot! I attached a picture of the handle and Eric quoted me for the parts and labor. As promised Eric called first thing Monday morning and sent one of his plumbers within the hour. As he was doing the repair he was explaining what he did and showed me the part he needed to replace. He explained everything and made sure I understood before he was ready to leave. When he was done he said I would be receiving an invoice when I called the office with my information. Once I called I was able to pay over the phone. The quote I received on Friday was the price for the parts and labor on the invoice which was reasonable. I will definitely be using Padilla plumbing for any future repairs.
