Thanks to Yelp I found Padilla Plumbing. My wife and I needed to repipe our house and add a bathroom. Juan came out and took notes on what we wanted to do. He got back to us later that day with the estimate. It wasn't the lowest, but it was complete. I felt better because he didn't give me an estimate off the cuff.
His crew were excellent. They were on time, clean, and hard working.
Juan checked in through out the process and talked me through the inspection.
I am so happy that I hired this company.

I just got a house in Mid-City and have had some plumbing issues since the day we moved in. However, all of them were manageable until we found sewage backing up into the beautiful, new jacuzzi tub in our front bathroom.

12pm - I look up local plumbers on Yelp and find Padilla, located a few blocks down the street. I had seen their sign driving by a number of times, and given the 5 star rating, decided to give them a call. The nice lady on the phone says one of the plumbers will call me back.

12:30pm - I get a call from Eric, who asks me to describe my plumbing issues. He says he'll come over as soon as he can this afternoon.

2:45pm - Eric calls and is on his way. He arrives 15 minutes later.

3:40pm - After some rootering, my problem is solved. And the price was great.

I will be asking Padilla to come back for all of my other repairs!

Very friendly and helpful on the phone. My toilet wasn't flushing and they came out promptly. Juan fixed everything quickly and noticed that my toilet wasn't sealed off properly and fixed that as well!

Got sticker shock when I saw the invoice - it was about 40% less than what I was expecting to pay. Great family business!

I couldn't have asked for a more life-saving and HONEST experience. My parents live on a teacher's pension and are struggling with money. When they were given an 8-thousand dollar estimate for sewage line piping and plumbing, they nearly died; they were distraught. I suggested calling Padilla Plumbing as I know a member of their team and within minutes she linked me to another owner of the company; they were at our house the next morning, the owner was personable, EARLY and solution-oriented. He took video footage of our ""problem"" pipes and called bullocks on the previous estimate. For pennies-on-the-dollar, he diagnoses and fixed our pipes and saves my folks' finances. I don't ordinarily write reviews but I can't thank PADILLA PLUMBING enough! There are truly some good people left on this Earth. Family-owned and operated for decades, I HIGHLY implore you to not only utilize their services, but to add them to your iPhone phone book favorites, today!!!

My hot water heater pilot light went out on a Sunday. I found Padilla Plumbing here on Yelp and noticed they had weekend hours. My call was answered right away and they showed up within the hour to fix my issue. Very responsive and professional. I will use them again for future plumbing issues.

Efficient and friendly service! I was in need of hot water because the pilot on my water heater was off. So I called and half hour later Eric was here and took care of it right away! And my dog loved him! Thank you again!

We just moved into a new house and had a few leaks here and there, as well as needing a fridge water hook up. Eric was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. He worked fast, did a great job, and didn't overcharge us. We will definitely be using them from now on for all of our plumbing services.

A city inspector had came to my house and requested that I bring several plumbing issues up to code, after meeting with several plumbers I decided to go with Padilla Plumbing and I'm extremely happy with my decision. Eric and his team knew exactly what needed repair and when the inspector returned for a follow up inspection, the work easily passed inspection. I definitely would use Padilla Plumbing again.

Padilla has been my plumbing co for almost 20 years--they really know funky Venice houses, but I'm sure they can fix anything! They call back promptly and they are not too expensive.....Really fantastic.

I don't know what these people are talking about when they say they had an emergency fixed with these guys, maybe they're family and friends of the company owners or something, because we've had the exact opposite experience.

We have a house full of relatives in town for my sons birthday, and the guest bathroom toilet started backing up all of the water into the bathtub. Called these guys last night, talked to someone who said they'd call us back. After an hour of waiting we called them back, and played phone tag for awhile before we agreed that someone would have to come out ""first thing in the morning (which, for some reason they believe 9am is ""first thing"").

It's now 10:20 am, nobody showed up, nobody called, and they aren't answering the phone number provided here or returning messages.

I'd keep on going if you're looking for a plumber to actually show up and help you fix your problem.
