A20M1CVery Bizarre and rude on the phone. He answered the phone by saying ""who are you and what do you want"". I explained that I need plumbing and heating service on a cabin of mine in Hartsel. I said ""what a way to answer the phone, are you worried that it could seem unfriendly to customers? He said ""we plumbers really just don't care""
it was really bizarre. I said ""I guess I better call someone else"" to which he replied ""yeah we'd both be better off"".
