PacWest was recommended to me by a friends and they've been great! I've been working with Justin, who's honest, friendly and does quality work. I tried installing a door slab myself (which was a mistake), eventually I gave up and called PacWest. Justin came over and quickly fixed my mistake...the door fits perfectly now! Luckily, it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be and will definitely be calling Justin for future home improvement projects!
Also, I had an electrical project (installing a ceiling fan) and call Justin. He recommended an electrician that he trusts and we've been working with that electrician ever since!

This a little delayed but very well deserved. Justin at pacwest was awesome. We were in a tight situation with turnaround times and he made things happen for us on multiple visit requests. Life has glitches. When glitches happen you are lucky if you have people who support you, are very capable and trust worthy around you. I found these qualities in PacWest Services.

Recently purchased a 100 year old home with outdated, make shift plumbing. With no previous plumbing experience , Justin made it comprehensible and provided me with varies options. Shower leakage and water pressure problems all fixed in a day.

Owner/plumber Justin showed pride in workmanship, superb ethics and reliability. Could not want for more. He ... his company is an asset to our community. Really appreciated his clear, patient, concise communication ability.

We contracted Pac West to perform a side sewer line replacement. It was a burly job and they knocked it out in 3 days with a small crew. We were so satisfied with the work we immediately contracted with them to replace some DIY'ed sections of copper and galvanized water supply with new PEX supply line. Justin and his crew really know there stuff and they are certainly hard workers. Thanks Guys!

I recently used PacWest Services for a clogged drain line that caused some flooding in my rental home.

Justin answered his phone after 6pm and was very professional; he explained his fees upfront. When he arrived at the job site he was punctual and friendly. He went over the job in detail, explaining all that would need to be done and quoted me a price that was fair based on our situation. Plumbing issued fixed!

Pacwest services has been our go to plumber from the moment we moved to everett and our dishwasher overflowed sewage. Recently we had the best of luck with our washer dying and when moved it out noticed the water heater was leaking too. Within two days pacwest had installed our new water heater. Justin and crew exceeded all expectations I had. After being lied to by several plumbers previous to Pack West Services I was very wary and asked a lot of them. At every turn I had great communication and as much information as I needed to understand what was going on. We started off thinking it was just a sewer issue but they brought the correct diagnostic tools in to pinpoint that it was a different issue causing the problem.
