We discovered a leak on Saturday morning and were concerned we'd have to wait until Monday for a plumber. Paco fit us into his schedule, came out, changed the water heater the next day, let us borrow a dryer for the walls, and came back 5 days later with someone to patch the walls and put the carpet back in. Today I called paco because my toilet and tub kept getting clogged and the water was draining very slow he answered the phone in just a few rings and was at my house within a hour. He came to give me a free estimate and was able to do the job the same day. He is very neat and clean and super respectful and has amazing prices. Just recently I contracted Paco to do a by-pass of hot water line and installing a new utility sink in the garage area. Paco is very professional, responsive and efficient. First he took the time to come and check on the project and provided and estimate free of charge. After agreeing on a price, he showed up on time to do the job and always wearing a mask.

He did his job well with no problems, and even provided some of the materials I was short on. The cost was a very reasonable as well. He knows his trade well. Highly recommended.

I called Paco with some slow water passage in the bathroom and a broken stopper in the bathroom sink. When he arrived, we decided to forgo the ""clogging"" and focused on the stopper. Paco took the broken stopper out (less than 2 minutes) and suggested to replace the whole faucet for $350 (parts and labor). It required a water shut off and I needed to arrange it for another day. For this visit Paco charged me $150. When I objected, he gave me a $30 discount. When I tried to reason with him, Paco told me that $150 was his minimum charge and he did a job: he drove to my place and while there, he went to his van and brought the tools to take the stopper out. He also revealed to me that he did not have a plumbing license (only a business license). He concluded that I was not his customer anymore and that it was insane. Insane, indeed: $120 for an estimate as Paco did not give me a receipt for this ""job.""

Its hard now a days to find exceptional service at affordable rates, but Francisco, aka ""Paco"", provides just that. I had a plethora of plumbing issues in my home that have been neglected for far too long, mainly out of fear for how much these issues were going to cost. It seems like everyone is trying to charge an arm and a leg for any type of home repair, so I sought out to get multiple quotes from multiple companies.

The work I needed done included: kitchen faucet replaced, broken sprinkler system and a leaking water heater.

I hopped on to craigslist and found an ad by Paco offering his services which also led me to his website. Usually, professionals in this industry have terrible websites, but not Paco's. His site was very professional and informative, which made my decision even easier in giving him a call.

When I called, a very upbeat and positive sounding individual picked up the phone, it was Paco and he was able to come by the same day to examine my issues and give me a quote. His quote beat all the others I received so I decided to hire him for the job. He was able to schedule me in the next day and was very punctual, keeping me informed as to when he was on the way and arriving right on time.

He knocked the job out with ease in a very clean and detailed manner. He was also very friendly and great to conversate with. You can tell he appreciates his customers and it definitely shows through in his work. Please do yourself a favor and give Paco a call!
