I had some serious issues recently which warranted the need for a plumber. I had no idea who to call. I discovered Fred through Yelp and what a find. He told me he could be here Tuesday afternoon, he showed up at 1:30. I have to say I was very concerned about having an unknown here and what it would cost. Within minutes Fred eased my mind in all matters. His many years as a plumber came into play real quick and he doesn't work for a big plumbing outfit with a huge overhead you have to pay for. His time here was like having a visit from a friend as much as service from a plumber. I highly recommend Fred for many important reasons. He will be doing more work for me in the near future.

As a one man shop, the person is not very responsive. He is unavailable or responsive on weekends. Finally, I made the mistake of paying in cash for the service visit but by that time the clog had cleared, and though he said he'd email an invoice, he still has not sent it after 5 days. So solvable by sending an invoice but he hasn't. Is it 5th child now? I thought you said 9th! Please feel free to send me my invoice and I'll remove this post! Thank you!

Fred was great! He quoted us a price and when he hit a small hiccup along the way he stayed true to his quote. Also had a small issue a week later and he came back out and got it fixed up. Definitely would recommend!!

We had a HUGE toilet emergency 2 days ago and I immediately went to Yelp. I read ALL comments for every plumber listed. My first choice: Fred's 35 years of experience, """" the nicest guy you could work with"""" review of just 8 days ago, and consistent praise for his just/ fair pricing. He text messaged me immediately. Yelp has ALWAYS come out great - - esp if you very slowly and carefully study all comments for all resources. Fred came today, Saturday as promised late Thursday when he answered my inquiry, I have had 4 OLD multi bathroom homes in 4 states, so I KNOW when I find not only an experienced knowledgeable honest plumber but also a very very fine decent good human being to work with. It took Fred awhile to tackle our tough project and the conclusion was we had a seriously dead toilet. He helped me find a top quality Kohler on sale at Home Depot and gave us a good price to install the new toilet, tear out the sink's extended narrow counter above the old toilet/ replace the vanity ( new counter) repair paint wall where the extended narrow counter formerly was attached to the wall. We scheduled his return and I look forward TO MANY YEARS working with such a hard working honest decent person!
