I broke my exterior water spigot. My regular plumber was on vacation and recommended Packs. It was late morning, they were booked but managed to squeeze me in at four o'clock. Unfortunately, the call was considered after hours and cost me $350. But I was grateful they could get out that day.

City shut the water off to protect me from spending an arm and a leg for a gallon a minute leak. First call was to Pack's plumbing. Vanessa was amazing to talk with, knowledgeable and helped me work out some minor could be problems. Josh was able to slip me in on the way to another job and was spot on with fixing the problem. 15 minutes later, no more leaking. I would totally recommend this company to anyone. Customer service was amazing and the staff was super helpful.

Can't say enough positive things about Vanessa at the Office & Dale who made my repairs. Had a bunch of updates I needed to a recently purchased house and Vanessa went out of her way to get me scheduled under an urgent timeline. Dale was out to the house as promised on time, gave me great advice on timing of repairs, and found and corrected some shoddy toilet work done previously that likely prevented water damage down the road. Dale was professional, courteous, cleaned everything up better than before he arrived. Pricing was fair for all the work done and I will definitely use Pack's for all my future plumbing needs.

If you're looking for a great plumbing company, these guys are it. Josh and Jonathan did the plumbing work in my place and were very pleasant, thorough, honest, and took the time to explain everything to me. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Vanessa was very pleasant in setting up the appointment, she relayed the information to Josh that I explained to her about the issues I was having so he was prepared when he got to my place AND she even called me 30 minutes prior to the guys arriving to let me know they were on their way. It's rare to get that kind of friendly and good service these days! Thanks Pack's!

We needed a new toilet installed so I got the phone book and started my search. I contacted 4 places an decided to use Pack's Plumbing. The receptionist was very nice and she explained things and answered all of my questions. The installer was very punctual. He worked quickly and completed the job in no time. He even took time to love on my pups!!!!! Thank you Pack's. Will gladly recommend your services.

My toilet quit flushing. Knowing very little about plumbing, I decided yo call a professional. He was professional, expedient and knowledgeable with the know-how's of plumbing. Even took me out back to discover that my septic tank was full. No complaints.

Short version: didn't fix the problem, but did some sham work totaling $390. The best part is destruction of beautiful vintage fixture as part of the scam and replacing it with ugly. On Sept. 4, 2019 I called Pack's Plumbing, Inc.,1055 Neal Rd., St Augustine, FL 32084 owned by Mr. Jessie James Pack, Jr. (FL CFC 058084) to fix the leak under my floor. A plumber, Mr. Johnson, arrived about 1330. My home is above the ground wood with tile flooring laid on top. The tub faucet had a slight drip, but I told the man several times that that did not concern me. The water pouring from the floor underneath the house outside was the problem. I showed the man the leak under the house. I put a tarp down do the area would be dry and clean. The guy proceeded to detach my tub faucet handles. These are vintage original handles and he led me to believe that they were the problem. He even torn off the tub water spout. It had no part in the problem and he broke off the inside portion so it could not be screwed back on. He went and replace handles with some ugly cheap looking ones off the truck. He told me that I had to find and buy the water spout. In the meanwhile, I was not happy about the loss of the vintage original hardware, so he called a store in another state. They don't carry that faucet set. I did turn the water on when he went under the house after he replaced the first handle. He said that was the problem. He proceeded to put the other faucet on. I kept thinking what is taking him so long. I was in the bathroom the entire time. He dug around in the second side of the fixture. It took forever to change second (non leaker) handle. At 4:40. """"I got it, that took care of it."""" I asked if I should turn on the water above so he could check from the outside. He said 'No,' and indicated he knew it was fixed. Not verifying the repair seemed strange to me. He wrote up the ticket with long verbiage about my washer which he never touched. I was suspicious after he left with payment in full totaling $390.00. I turned on the tub taps, the new ugly ones, and water poured out below the floor like before unabated. He lied about that faucet being the problem. I think he played around with the second hand running up the time until nearly 5:00. Other than being lied to about fixing it and being scammed for $390.00 and taking up so much time waiting on this man to finish up: what really bothers me is the needless destruction of my property. He learned from the phone call that the parts were not available. He destroyed the handles and tore off the spout for no good reason other than putting on some show to scam me. I put all my retention bonus money from the military into renovating the house. It is my home. It is not a rental. It is not junk. I got scammed. The house got vandalized. I called Pack's Plumbing right away, and someone said they went to the house, but I was not there. I emailed two photos of the one with colorant in the water in the tub and a second one of the same color water pouring out underneath the house into a white bowl. No reply to that. I had to go back to work after spending days preparing for Hurricane Dorian. I work out of town and make it home on the weekends. I stay at my mom's since the leaking tub drain is ruining the floor. In Nov. I have leave time build up and called in the morning of November 8, 2019 to schedule a repair to make it right from being scammed and was told we are not sending someone for free. I asked that the owner called me. The woman who had me on speaker phone (could hear that echo) told me he would call. Of course, he did not. Better not to have this type back anyhow. Beware dealing with these scammers who take your money and destroy your property.

I had them 3 times for the same leak. First they told me it was the garbage disposal, I let them install a new one. In January. They've been back and said there's no leak. I HAVE WATER UNDER MY SINK.!.

After a failed DYI repair on my bath/shower, I couldn't turn my water back on. Dale from Pack's came and assessed the issue, showed me the damage, and quickly fixed my problem at hand. Price was good, too! Professional, kind, and honest service! Recommend to anyone for plumbing needs.
