We had a problem when our shower faucet blew a gasket and started leaking downstairs. The manufacturer insisted we needed a new faucet any recommended ripping open the shower wall. Mike stabilized the situation, thought only the gasket housing needed replacing, and patiently waited for the manufacturer to sent replacement components rather that rip everything out. When the parts arrived, not only did replacing the components work perfectly, he did it without tearing open the wall and in only a matter of minutes. Great to work with and we now know who to call for our plumbing needs.

I had a great experience today with Mike at pacifica plumbing. Called early and they sent him over the same morning. Had a nasty clogged pipe that he fixed as well as a broken toilet. Mike was friendly, professional and cleaned up after the job. The price was fair and the work was well done. Will call them the next time I need a plumber and would recommend them w/o reservation or hesitation!

I had gotten in over my head with a home plumbing repair. I was looking at trying to fumble along and fix it so I could turn the main supply back on. I did a random search and started calling. Pacifica Plumbing gave me an accurate 90-minute response estimate, and then fixed the problem relatively quickly. Jim the Plumber even got on the phone with the toilet manufacturer for me and got them to replace defective parts--just passed warranty! I was very impressed.
