Had a problem with my whole house water system. Called them after seeing mostly good reviews on YELP and was given exact instructions on how to fix over the phone. Will certainly use this company for future filter purchases and any system service needs. They were very polite over the phone so do not really understand all the bad reviews. Good to support a local San Clemente business

Made first appt as our reverse osmosis water system needed to be serviced. Received a call that they needed to cancel right before scheduled appt...person told me someone would call the following Monday to rescheduled. They NEVER called back....so after a week and a half I called again. Rescheduled for today. Pacific Water Solutions did not come. An hour passed my appt. time I left a message about their ETA. The company never returned my call. Not a very professional way to run a business. They have lost me as a customer.

This is the best water. We live in Ladera Ranch and it is well worth the drive to San Clemente to get water.

I don't often leave reviews....however PWS is the ONLY place I go to buy my water. I live in Mission Viejo and since the closing of the R.S.M location, I will still drive down to S.C. to get water and lunch. The owner and his son are super nice, the staff is always polite; the way customer service should be...and I am usually only paying a few bucks for some gallons of water. Always helpful and happy to assist right when you walk in the door.

Highly recommend PWS and will continue to support their business as long as I am in southern California. Keep up the amazing work guys!

We have a water softener and R/O system from Pacific Water Solutions and we love it! We no longer buy bottled water since the R/O system provides much better tasting water. The water softener has provided no more water spots on glasses left that haven't been dried immediately and glass shower doors no longer have hard water deposits. We have been in our home over 15 years and we have noticed how much the water has changed over the years. We truly cannot believe the drastic difference since this system has been installed! We have experienced great customer service from Mike and his team.

Met Mike, the owner, who answered my questions regarding my new alkaline water tank. Very helpful. Chris, the installer, came and did the install yesterday. Again, very helpful. Explained everything I needed to know and actually left the area in better shape than when he arrived. Very pleased with both service and product.

I get the best tasting water at this place every Saturday. Not only is the water fantastic , it's a pleasure going in the store. The staff gives outstanding customer service . I called Pacific Water Solutions and spoke with Mike, the owner, he was the best. I have never dealt with a company before that is so hands on and so informative. He educated me on all the different systems his company offers. He went into so much detail explaining everything to me. I felt VERY confident that I was dealing with an honest man and an honest company. I decided to go with an E-Treat which I LOVE and I also got an RO under my kitchen sink. I did do my due diligence and shopped around to get prices. Believe it or not Mike had better prices than most other companies out there, and with the amazing service they provided, it was a no brainer... I'm so pleased I chose Pacific Water Solutions... All well worth the money since you can't really put a price on your health.
