1st, I recommend everyone examine the schematic of H20 filtration (#11th photo on PWS's web site. It provides an excellent visual explanation of how most small household, kitchen or bath filtration systems are assembled. It will help you articulate your requirements when comparing H20 systems.

Please know, I'm always skeptical about glowing reviews posted online. I'm not a PWS customer yet, but have been researching household filtration systems since 2009.

We moved to SoOC (Laguna Woods), have a slab foundation, 1965 lead plumbing that's deteriorating. I discovered how bad the water is in the greater Aliso Viejo area while shopping for stainless steel finished appliances, bathroom & kitchen fixtures. At the same time, my spouse has been diagnosed with a compromised immune system (Lyme Disease). He doesn't detox heavy metals, chlorine & other water borne pollutants ingested through the skin & orally.

We've a few +$10,000 quotes (from the well-advertised national water companies, offering ""buy-it-now promotions"", requiring long-term maintenance contracts, etc.). Let's pray PWS, Mike & Sam are able to offer us more economical solutions, as we're on a budget....Aren't we all? Thanks to all who posted reviews (AND Yelp for providing a forum to post reviews and comments!) I'll circle back once we meet-up with PWS. KBrunette-Lag.Woods, CA

If you want a Great System & Honest Company for a Whole House Water Softening System, this is the place to go. Liz helped me & sent out the technician, Ian. He was sooo knowledgeable, and honest on exactly what I needed to make my sytem like BRAND NEW !!! I thought I needed a new system , which would still be a very good price. Ian stated I only needed 2 filters changed, which was very inexpensive, I am very very Happy with the service & when I do need a new system , I will DEFINITELY BUY from PACIFIC WATER SOLUTIONS !!! Had a problem with my whole house water system. Called them after seeing mostly good reviews on YELP and was given exact instructions on how to fix over the phone. Will certainly use this company for future filter purchases and any system service needs. They were very polite over the phone so do not really understand all the bad reviews. Good to support a local San Clemente business

Made first appt as our reverse osmosis water system needed to be serviced. Received a call that they needed to cancel right before scheduled appt...person told me someone would call the following Monday to rescheduled. They NEVER called back....so after a week and a half I called again. Rescheduled for today. Pacific Water Solutions did not come. An hour passed my appt. time I left a message about their ETA. The company never returned my call. Not a very professional way to run a business. They have lost me as a customer.

I don't often leave reviews....however PWS is the ONLY place I go to buy my water. I live in Mission Viejo and since the closing of the R.S.M location, I will still drive down to S.C. to get water and lunch. The owner and his son are super nice, the staff is always polite; the way customer service should be...and I am usually only paying a few bucks for some gallons of water. Always helpful and happy to assist right when you walk in the door.

Highly recommend PWS and will continue to support their business as long as I am in southern California. Keep up the amazing work guys!
