I ended up taking a shower the other day with luke warm water. I figured I was just in there too long but it still wasn't hot the next two times I used it. I called them and the owner actually picked up and talked to me for a while. He explained the cost and repair work that needed to be done. It's nice that the owner of a business still talks to customers.

When the plumber came out he was great. He was able to get my hot water back on and even charged me less because he thought the job was going to be harder than it was. Talk about honesty! I will use them again if I need to down the road!

These guys are the best! They literally saved the day. I came home from work to a ton of water all over the ground and no hot water. They walked me through how to turn the water off. Then they gave me a price over the phone, and they came over first thing next morning. I didn't even have to go without hot water one day. I can't say enough good things about these guys

This place is great! And the pricing is super reasonable! My water heater stoped working over the weekend and to my surprise they picked it up late Saturday night! The said they would be in the area the next day and so they could stop by. The came over and fixed it super fast and charged me the minimum payment which is awesome! So happy with the customer service also, they are so nice and really want to take care of you, I'm so happy I went with this company! I've used other companies before and it does not compare! WOW!!! This company truly deserves a 6th star. After a day of trying to fix my own water heater I realized it was shot. I called a couple companies for quotes and Pacific Water Heater Company had the best price, warranty, and they said they would have someone out today. Patrick came out and was amazing. He was clean, smiled when he talked, and most importantly super knowledgeable. Plus he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He even called before arriving which was very helpful since I had to leave work to meet him at my house. The communication between, Patrick, myself, and the person in the office was top notch. From start to finish, I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them!!!

Dave fit me into a very busy schedule, which I was very grateful for. My hot water heater was leaking from the bottom, which meant it had to be replaced. Since it was 19 years old that's the outcome I expected. Services were timely and very professional. It was a lot of money, but I've paid more for plumbing and gotten less. Nice company to deal with.

I cant begin to tell you how appreciative of Pacific water heater company i am... particularly Terry! I live in a pretty dated condo and was taking a shower when all of a sudden my hot water went from hot to luke warm to cold in about 7 minutes! I still had conditioner in my hair and had to rinse in artic temps!! I was freaking out - thought pilot light... tried as much trouble shooting as i could you-tube up, and then decided to call a professional. I called and left a message then got a return call within the hour. I explained my situation and they had Terry out by that afternoon! He checked everything out - let me know upfront the cost of a new water heater and all of the updates that were needed since my water heater was so outdated.
I called around to check prices and found Pacific was the best deal out there hands down. They were able to return the next day and now im in heaven with my new water heater!! What a difference an updated heater makes!!!! And thanks Terry for being patient with my annoying cat!!

This am as I went out to work this am, noticed water running down the driveway. Opened garage and it was from the water heater. Went to Yelp and pulled up a local water heater company, Pacific Water Heater Company. Spoke with Patrick, set appointment for after work. Long story short serviceman arrived promptly, took care of the situation. Everything went so smoothly from service to price, would highly recommend their company to family and friends.

Chris texted me within an hour of requesting service on my hot water heater. He came out the following day to check out what needed to be done in order to make the repair. I elected to have the tank replaced rather then pour money into an older hot water heater that has already seen its best days. Chris was professional. courteous, prompt, and knowledgable.
