Pacific Water Heater Company is a life saver. It's never good when you don't have hot water, but when it's starting to get cold outside, that's even worse.

Not only did they respond quickly, and get me a reasonable quote, they also sent out Terry who was super helpful and got the job done.

Went to take a shower one night and it was extremely cold. I went and look at the water heater and found out it was working. Called pacific water heater company right after seeing if I could get someone to come out and fix the problem tomorrow. I was surprised they said someone could actually come out that evening. They were polite and very helpful. Problem was fixed and I was able to take a nice hot shower the next morning. Happy customer.

I knew that my water heater was getting super old. Last week I noticed It had a leak. Yes i still had hot water but I knew that it was probably getting time to replace it. When I called them up Chris helped me out. He got all of my information and had me send in some photos. I liked the quote and they could get me in fast so I decided to go with them. My husband & I started to notice that our water heater wasn't very hot at all anymore . It wasn't freezing but we definitely noticed a difference in the temperature . We decided we needed help getting it fixed and thought they had a lot of good reviews . Plus since we had our kids we didn't want them having to take cold showers anytime soon either .

Their plumber was very kind and professional . The one that came over said he would make sure to get to our house by that night even thought he was already super busy . I thought it was a good effort and showed he cared . He made sure that he would do his best to repair our water heater instead of charging us a ton to get it replaced and he was able to do it . I feel like they are a genuine and local plumbing service that cares about the customers and the business practice not just trying to make lots of money .

There is nothing worse then coming home from a long day at work wanting to jump in a nice hot shower only to find..... no hot water. I was so mad and frustrated wondering why this would happen now. My next step was to call Pacific Water Heater Company. I'm sure their customers aren't always the happiest when calling, I know I wasn't! All that changed when they dispatched Pete to my home that same day! Oh man, he was so calm and reassuring. The installation of the new water heater was quick and Pete even showed me where and what to check if this should ever happen again.

The whole staff was amazing from reception, to Pete and even the billing process. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. All in all I would recommend them to everyone! Seriously this whole team is awesome.

These guys are awesome! The night before heading out on a weekend trip, my water heater broke down leaving me to think there was going to be no way to have it fixed before taking off. I really didn't want to have to deal with this after coming back from a nice little getaway. Gave them a call and they were willing to head to my house late night to take on the repair. They repaired the heater and charged me less than I had been expecting to pay. Was very happy with their service and would suggest them to anybody in need of help!

I am sure the people who lived in the house before me might've possibly replaced the water heater at one time but I have lived in this house for 30 years and my water heater finally gave out.

I was a bit tense about contacting a water heater company and someone suggested I contact Pacific Water Heater Company. Patrick was the technician that arrived. He assessed the water heater and told me that the water heater would need to be replaced. Patrick did not know that a friend had also mentioned that I needed a new water heater the day before. He took the time to show me the old water's deficiencies and why it should be replaced.

After the old water heater was replaced, Patrick advised me to keep the grass cut shorter in and around the outdoor water heater storage compartment. I told him how much I appreciated his advice. I am glad I made the call to Pacific Water Heater Company.

I needed a new water heater so I called Pacific Water Heater and Ray arrived at my home the same day...at a time that was convenient for me, and on time! He was courteous, fast and helpful. Came home to a wet garage.. and was dreaded to find out... the darn water heater gave out...Now what??? I called around...and even asked for a referral... nothing.. all knuckle draggers with plumbers crack... Finally my wife finds Pacific Water Heaters.....Then Chris came out.. I came home from work a few days ago only to find a water mess on my floor. I usually go to YouTube for tutorials on how to do DIY repairs (since I'm a fix it myself kind of gal), but I figured I should get some professional help for this one because water heaters seem more like rocket science to me. I settled on Pacific Water Heaters since they were in my area and had awesome reviews.

A technician named Dave promptly came to my house and explained to me that the kind of leak I had was more of a good news scenario as he only had to replace the faulty drain valve that was leaking from the wall. He also explained that more complicated leaks come from the actual tank area, and if that happens in the future I would need to replace the tank. He gave me some general pricing estimates so I know what to expect in the future (fingers crossed it doesn't happen). I really appreciate Dave's care, attention, and education. I recommend Pacific Water Heaters to anyone who needs help (and doesn't want to get ripped off).
