I am sure the people who lived in the house before me might've possibly replaced the water heater at one time but I have lived in this house for 30 years and my water heater finally gave out.

I was a bit tense about contacting a water heater company and someone suggested I contact Pacific Water Heater Company. Patrick was the technician that arrived. He assessed the water heater and told me that the water heater would need to be replaced. Patrick did not know that a friend had also mentioned that I needed a new water heater the day before. He took the time to show me the old water's deficiencies and why it should be replaced.

After the old water heater was replaced, Patrick advised me to keep the grass cut shorter in and around the outdoor water heater storage compartment. I told him how much I appreciated his advice. I am glad I made the call to Pacific Water Heater Company.

I needed a new water heater so I called Pacific Water Heater and Ray arrived at my home the same day...at a time that was convenient for me, and on time! He was courteous, fast and helpful. He replaced my water heater and hauled away my old one. I didn't need to go through the hassle of shopping for a water heater or plumber. Highly recommend this place!

Came home to a wet garage.. and was dreaded to find out... the darn water heater gave out...Now what??? I called around...and even asked for a referral... nothing.. all knuckle draggers with plumbers crack... Finally my wife finds Pacific Water Heaters.....Then Chris came out.. Very professional and clean... showed up on time.... gave us a quite...and before you know it... we were back taking hot showers!!!!

I came home from work a few days ago only to find a water mess on my floor. I usually go to YouTube for tutorials on how to do DIY repairs (since I'm a fix it myself kind of gal), but I figured I should get some professional help for this one because water heaters seem more like rocket science to me. I settled on Pacific Water Heaters since they were in my area and had awesome reviews.

A technician named Dave promptly came to my house and explained to me that the kind of leak I had was more of a good news scenario as he only had to replace the faulty drain valve that was leaking from the wall. He also explained that more complicated leaks come from the actual tank area, and if that happens in the future I would need to replace the tank. He gave me some general pricing estimates so I know what to expect in the future (fingers crossed it doesn't happen). I really appreciate Dave's care, attention, and education. I recommend Pacific Water Heaters to anyone who needs help (and doesn't want to get ripped off).

I freely admit I know nothing about water heaters, so when the time came where I had to be an adult and fix mine, I relied entirely on web reviews.

Pacific Water Heater Company has a great score on Yelp for a reason. They are very skilled and knowledgable and (best of all) patient with people like me who ask stupid questions. They were good as advertised, the pricing was very reasonable, and they did an excellent job overall. Best of all, everything was handled without me having to go to my father like a sad little boy.

I had never had to have a water heater repaired before, and I hope I don't have to go through the process again anytime soon, but PWHC will definitely be my go-to for any future troubles. Friendly people, too. In person, on the phone, and even through texts.

I can't vouch that they are the cheapest because I didn't investigate too many places. But the reviews are true for this place. And the work is most excellent (take it from someone who is anti-skilled at repairs and installations like myself).

Long story short, the water heater dilemma is resolved. Thanks, dudes. You are a lifesaver.

Was in need of hot water ASAP, especially with a kid in my house. I didn't want to wait for an appointment or a company to come any later than the next day. Well....thankfully when I called Pacific Water, Chris was able to come out to my house late that night to look at my water heater. AND he was able to make the repair that same night! I highly recommend them for their fast, efficient assistance and great customer service.

I haven't written a review in years, but Patrick at Pacific Water Heater deserves a shout out in a major way!
Patrick was seriously so patient with me. Since our water heater went out I had no idea what I wanted to get. I had done some research before calling them. When Patrick and I talked we had talked about the benefits and the cons to tankless as well as the regular tank types of water heaters. By the end of the first call I was still undecided. I looked down at my phone and we had spoken for 22 minutes. Thankfully he was patient, understanding and never made me feel like I was wasting his time.
When I made up my mind, Patrick said he would be able to come out tomorrow and replace my water heater with my new tankless one. I was extremely happy with everything and how well he took care of the job. He also included removing the tank and taking it on his own truck in the price.
I was very happy with Patrick especially when it came to his patience and can't forget to mention his great work ethic. He was the best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else looking for a new water heater!!! Thank you Patrick!!

I ended up taking a shower the other day with luke warm water. I figured I was just in there too long but it still wasn't hot the next two times I used it. I called them and the owner actually picked up and talked to me for a while. He explained the cost and repair work that needed to be done. It's nice that the owner of a business still talks to customers.

When the plumber came out he was great. He was able to get my hot water back on and even charged me less because he thought the job was going to be harder than it was. Talk about honesty! I will use them again if I need to down the road!

These guys are the best! They literally saved the day. I came home from work to a ton of water all over the ground and no hot water. They walked me through how to turn the water off. Then they gave me a price over the phone, and they came over first thing next morning. I didn't even have to go without hot water one day. I can't say enough good things about these guys

This place is great! And the pricing is super reasonable! My water heater stoped working over the weekend and to my surprise they picked it up late Saturday night! The said they would be in the area the next day and so they could stop by. The came over and fixed it super fast and charged me the minimum payment which is awesome! So happy with the customer service also, they are so nice and really want to take care of you, I'm so happy I went with this company! I've used other companies before and it does not compare!
