We have had no hot water in our new home's kitchen and it has gone on for 7 months. We have been dealing on/off with our warranty company and also have had companies come, at our own expense--SIX different companies, plumbers, contractors-you name it (2 originally referred by warranty company) have tried to figure out what was going on with our tankless water heaters!! I was so fed up and wondering what else I could do when I was referred to AJ by someone high up at our warranty company. Today, I am writing this review because we finally have hot water in our kitchen and we have AJ to thank for that!! AJ has been a pleasure to work with. He is professional, his follow-up is amazing, he is ON TIME and most importantly, he is knowledgeable with all the top tankless water heaters. He figured out the problem, ordered the parts and came back today to fix them--all of this happening during a pandemic, mind you. I felt that I needed to post this review because we had so many issues with other companies and were told everything from ""one of the water heaters was not turned on!!????!!!"" to ""maybe they did the plumbing wrong when the house was built"". Trust me when I say, you need to have someone that REALLY knows what they are doing when it comes to working on your tankless water heaters. Do not waste your time looking for other companies out there to do it--we have already done the legwork for you and it's AJ at Pacific Tankless!

Hello AJ
since you told me today that nothing was wrong with the water softener you installed and refused to come an dx without us paying you additional monies---I contacted Hague water system-the tech came out today I paid a $157.50 for him to let me know the problem is that person who installed did not activate the softener.
Apparently your tech and also the person you sent when I first informedd you of the problem did not dx the system was not activated...
I would like to be reimbursed the amt I paid the Hague--if not we will pursue it in civil court

There was a water heater leak in my neighbours water heater and since it was the unit directly above mine, water had seeped into my ceiling and drywall. The entire ceiling in my closet and water heater closet was damaged and had to be removed. Since the water heater was in the way, that had to be taken out and replaced with a temporary electric water heater for us to use. AJ was very kind and prompt to come and finish the job in a timely and efficient manner. He was meticulous and careful enough while disconnecting the water heater such that there was not a single drop of water spilled on my carpet. The temporary water heater that he installed was also up and running in no time and he was in-n-out in less than an hour.

I would definitely recommend him for any water heater installation and repair.

We have had AJ come out twice for separate issues and have been very happy with his help. He truly took his time to help us figure out an issue we have had since buying our house less than 6 months ago. I would absolutely call him again for any future plumbing issues. AJ did the installation of our water heater this last Monday, October 28, 2019. From the moment he responded to my inquiry to the time of installation, his company delivered. We are sooo happy we now have hot water and enough pressure on all three bathrooms, even if the three are in use simultaneously I highly recommend AJ, he went on Saturday for free consultation, gave me a quote, and when I called him later, he returned my call, on a Saturday evening wow . On time to do the installation and clean. Great customer service

We used this company when our water heater leaked and had to be repaired. AJ came by and installed a temporary tankless water heater(until our drywall was fixed)

He had a good attitude and he beat Home Depot's price for the same water heater( saving us several hundred dollars ) We even tried to tip AJ but he would not accept it, saying that us being a customer was enough for him. Goodness!

Furthermore, the installation turned out much better than the previous one, and we are very happy with his professional attitude and final outcome.

My 2 years old tankless water heater stopped working out of the blue. Manufacturer was closed for a 7/4 weekend and no hot water and shower for a week! Called around some people but no progress. Borrowed neighbors shower and all but still gross!

We called Pacific Tankless and he picked up his phone and scheduled for a visit next morning. He showed up when he said he would, he was VERY reasonable with the price. I am so glad we found him! He will be our forever guy!

Initially had a satisfactory experience with AJ. He visited my property to assess the issue with my Navien tankless water heater. The Error 3 indicated a bad ignition. I asked him to call Navien as they require a licensed contractor to diagnose the issue to get a part under warranty. He did not call Navien but instead reset my unit while running water out the bottom valve which made it ignite, took $45 and walked away claiming he was unable to get the part yet from Navien. He said $45 would go toward installation of the new part as he clearly failed to do much of anything as of yet that I couldn't have done.

Navien said he should have called first thing to get the part and the reset is only supposed to be done once in case of a glitch with error display. He did not try to replicate the error but only do what he called a short term fix and walk away. I asked him to get the part over the next three weeks as he expected it to break again. He ignored my texts many times. Finally the reset trick stopped working as did my hot water permanently. He claimed he was on vacation and I had to wait 7 days for his visit, then would not clarify if he had the part on hand yet or if he would have had to order it at that point and then wait. Finally he said no he did not get the part. Just tell me one way or another so I can address the issue??

Finally as I called Navien on his behalf then asked him to simply say a few words diagnosis and they would ship me the part, he ignores my text again, I call him again, then he abruptly drops me as a client because he can't handle constructive feedback that I simply said he should have called Navien the first time to get the part or maybe I was just TRYING TOO HARD trying to get my hot water working??? I paid for his diagnosis and he won't even call and report it to Navien. Unprofessional. Awkward experience. Bad at communicating in English. Irresponsible from a service standpoint. Failed to meet commitments. Not accountable.
