Can't even get a call back to schedule service on their own garbage disposal. I'll be sure and let the builder know so they use someone else for new builds

Bought a new house and this was the general contractor's sub for the plumbing. Have had a couple issues and call the customer service line and always get a voicemail message. I leave messages and never get returned calls. Coordinated with homeowners warranty folks, they contacted owner, he called me about issue, told him about lousy customer service response. Said he would address. Got call from customer service that part waiting for had arrived and to call back to schedule installation. Called number provided three times over three days, no response. Hope you don't have an urgent issue if you call them. Customer service won't respond.

They are supposed to do the yearly maintenance on our tankless water heater for our new townhome. I've called 3 times and no one will return a phone call. Guess your business is so booming, you don't need any more customers. Will never call again for ANY reason. Too many other companies that want my business.

Brand new home and the master bedroom smells like sewer half the time from the shower drain. They say its the shampoo im using. Smells like sewer? Never heard of dove body wash doing that. They won't return phone calls, run out the clock on warranty.

Extensive water damage in my home and nothing but issues after issues regarding plumbing. These guys cut corners beyond belief. Where do i start...drainage problems that caused extensive water damage to my home, use of the cheapest push/pull water shut off valves that dont even work, shoddy installation of fixtures that has slow leaks, questionable venting and use of 90 degree fittings that tie directly into other 90 degree fittings. I am appalled in the way that my home was plumbed by this company. Home is less than 5 yrs old and should not be having these issues.

DR Horton called PNP where they only arrive to confirm there's a leak, then the Plumbers left!! Seriously, it's under warranty and plumbers we're rude and inconsiderate. Plumber Derek got upset I asked them to put shoe covers on because I have babies who will pick up everything on the floor and put it into their mouths. DR Horton needs to get better contractors but I'm sure they don't care as they want $$$$. So us home buyers who spend over half million dollars on brand new construction homes will spend another $100K fixing all poor workmanship from these bad contractors.

I hate giving bad reviews but they literally saw and confirmed the leak and the problem. Then said have a nice day and left!

My Garage flooded early this morning. My daughter called to request service. The person who answered the 24 hour telephone number asked; How long have you lived in the Condominium? She said 4 years. Then he said your warranty is expired and he said we live to far and he refused to drive to our home.

""You can choose another company, you don't have to choose PNP"" was recommended by an employee who held the title of an assistant manager at Pacific Production Plumbing out of Riverside Country. PNP was contracted to do plumbing work at Lennar homes in Murrieta, Rancho Bella Vista. Homeowners such as myself have used the company while the home was under warranty, and while it wasn't. Recently, however, I came across a customer service representative named Karen, who refused to dispatch a technician to my house to look at my bathroom handle fixture, which broke and didn't shut off. I turned the main water line off to look at the issue, and concluded that since PNP installed it, I should have them take a look at it and give me an estimate of the work needed to be done to fix it. She took it upon herself to decide for the company that I, as an owner of the Lennar homes, was not going to get any help in this matter. This was an emergency, which needed to be taken care of and I don't know why she didn't do anything on the company's behalf to help.

I had to leave work, call Lennar's customer service line, who were very helpful and sent the Maintenance/Customer care member to my house right away, as this was a pressing matter. Upon the request to talk to PNP's manager, Jim, I only was able to leave voicemails without any calls back to myself. I even tried to call Wess, the general manager of PNP and no luck there. The Lennar's Maintenance guy couldn't get the plumber to come to our house himself, and he does this for a living.

I believe once you call or talk to customer service, they should try to their best of abilities to solve the situation or help in any way possible. I wasn't expecting to hear what Karen had to say about her manager, and Lennar's ""Top Guy"" (she claimed that she knew Lennar's top guy if I decided to complain about a poor service customer rep). In a sense, she threatened me if I put a complaint in against the situation that escalated that was so easy to fix.

I wouldn't recommend the service from PNP and I hope all the builders in the area look into this poor customer service that PNP provides. Leaving customers stranded without water is inhumane as a plumbing company and shouldn't be regarded as such.
