Pacific Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend many years ago, and I have recommended Pacific Plumbing to others who have all been very satisfied. It is hard to be excited about a plumbing company, but Pacific Plumbing is really great.

I have been a loyal Pacific Plumbing customer for many years. In each and every case, the plumber was very skilled, efficient, and professional. They came today to my house to fix a leaky shower, replace a kitchen faucet, fix a leaky toilet, replace two outside faucets, drain the water heater, and snake two bathrooms, tasks accumulated due to COVID. As always, the plumber was outstanding. He had an assistant who was also fantastic. They both had a great attitude.

In addition to their competence, Pacific Plumbing is very honest. They deal with customers with utmost integrity. They never overcharge or talk customers into unnecessary work. The owner, Joe, is an honest, decent man, and his staff are of the same mold.

Called Pacific Plumbing for a small gas leak repair. Technician was dispatched in just a couple of hours after placing my call. The Technician observed the Covid 19 protocols. The assigned Technician was Carlos. He arrived precisely at the time that was stated to me. Carlos was knowledgeable, professional, polite and genuinely a very nice person. The cost to correct and repair was less than I had expected it to be. Notwithstanding the repair cost, I was more impressed by the company and it's employee. I would not hesitate to contact Pacific Plumbing for any future issues that may arise. Thank you for your customer care. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes.

Absolutely love Pacific Plumbing! I manage a large property of about 1000 residents with extremely old and temperamental pipes. I have had a few plumbers in to repair our 6 ft - 6inch wide underground leaks with complete disappointment. It takes speed, coordination, and planning to dig a deep hole, gather the unique parts, and make the repair in short amount of time..before the residents start getting concerned. In particular Lamberto has been impressive, I have full faith and confidence that he will always deliver and can handle every crazy repair I throw at him. In short Joe, his staff office staff, and crew are the ones you should always refer to when you have those crazy underground plumbing and sewer leaks!!

If I would have given less than one star, I would have.
We have been a customer of Pacific Plumbing since they opened their doors - as a matter of fact we were the second customer. We have always used Pacific Plumbing, and even recommended them to our friends, listed them as a resource to our community, and to our property management firm. How unfortunate to discover that in the last few years, this company has gone from customer service to ""lets just make a buck no matter what"".
We had to call them out to repair a leak to our water heater and it was discovered by the technician that the previous technician who came out only a few months before failed to wrap the pipe in teflon tape. It was this error that caused our current problem. But instead on fixing this for at least a reduced fee, we were instead charged 2 full hours with 2 technicians -- even though only one technician came out and it only took 1 hour to fix their mistake. Needless to say we were outraged when we received a bill in the amount of $449 to fix a leak that they had caused.
Further disturbing is the fact that when we told them about their mistake, and that we would cease using them as a plumbing resource, they said and I quote ""we don't care"".

What started out as a reputable company who cared about customer satisfaction, now only cares about the all mighty dollar. What a shame that the current management does not care...

I have a bath tub and toilet water back up. PP came and clear it and charged me $150. The same problem came back next day PP came back but I saw that PP only run the sewer snake (1/2 inch snake with NO cutter) about 50 ft on the roof water drain but came back next day again. I informed all of these info. to Karen Chambers at PP by email. Call PP again next day (SAT 5/16/2020). I they said that PP will charge $225 for the camera and fix this problems again. As soon as PP came they want to perform the sewer snake again without camera ""Ray said the camera will be $450 more"". It is unacceptable; therefore I call Elite Rooter to clean my problem. I will work with Karen C. Monday 5/18/2020 to get my $150 back because I do not fix my problem. NEVER CALL PP because you will be sorry.

I do not have any call back from Pacific Plumbing about the refund for the job that never complete. Karen C. at Pacific Plumbing said that she had been forward my request to AR, but they never call back. I will file a complain with BBB soon.

I had hired Pacific Plumbing about a year and a half ago to install a Rinnai tankless water heater, and overall they did a pretty good job, though they were using some PEX pipes as opposed to traditional copper. I didn't really have a problem with that, and everything was fine, until this last Christmas eve. I awoke to find a steady stream of water coming from my garage ceiling and water all over the garage (luckily it was only in the garage). We tried to call Pacific Plumbing twice, but no answer (I get it, it was Christmas eve). Finally, we were able to get another company to come out and fix it, for $1,800 . . . ouch! Just to replace one pipe. We finally got ahold of Pacific Plumbing and Tim came out, and basically said it was a fitting between the PEX and copper that failed, and said we'd have to apply for reimbursement from the fitting manufacturer. Huh? Don't they stand behind their work? It's like a contractor building a house for you and then when the wall falls down, says you need to seek reimbursement from the nail manufacturer. I didn't even ask for a full refund from them. I only suggested we work out some reasonable amount and/or a little bit of pro bono work would be fine, but . . . nothing. I get it, it's tough to run a small business, but at least stand behind your work. If they can't do that, I can't stand behind recommending them.

Dunno from where to start,. But all I can tell is that Ray was a life saver for us. I was hosting a big party on Saturday night, and you all can relate to a bad luck day when you are in rush and busy working on things and one thing happen ruins the whole day. I was cooking and preparing for the party and suddenly the sink was clogged! I mean really! All I thought of is to call pacific plumbing that Was recommended by a friend. This is the only thing came to my mind. I called Ray and explained to him that I am in immediate need of a help cause I have so many things to be done soon. Shout out to the great costumer service, and literally 30 min after the call they were at my door. They used the snake and solved the problem. If you ever faced such a thing and you need immediate help call them!

Ray and his team were super nice . They did an inspection of our non-functioning garbage disposal and gave us the straight story on repair . After listening to their advice we went immediately to replace the unit after initially thinking of repair. Their knowledgeable is amazing I will be using them for my business again and again .

I got this referral from property manager of my prior employer in Fremont, so I contacted Ray with Pacific Plumbing took care of my bathroom two faucets. There are a few back and forth text information exchange, including quotation, and how many hours to finish.... It's easy.. I was scheduled this week. The plumber arrived on time, install those two faucets in my master bedroom, and one showhead. They offer reasonable hourly rate, service quality is good. Happy with the service, Thank you, Ray...

It's rare to find trustable, friendly and reliable plumbers these days... but Pacific Plumbing has restored my faith in that. I had a unidentifiable leak in the garage which was leaking inside and outside of the house. Ray was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and his customer service skills are superb. Plumbers need to learn from the likes of Ray and Pacific Plumbing. Needless to say, they will be my go-to for all my plumbing
